Each turn is 1 week, each month has 3 weeks (for game purposes). I'll help as things go on.
After you layout you base...
It's a turn-based affair. You get 25,000,000$ to start with and get 25,000$ more a turn as a default, which can be upped by sending minions out to steal money from the world.
5 minions out stealing is 25,000$ more per turn.
You will start out with a lair inside a mountain on an island. From there, you will have to make some decisions as to where you want to move to next.
Underwater bases: Hard to get to, but you can't have any air vehicles on-base.
Air bases: They fly around, but that means they can be shot down. It does, however, give you mobility, and you can have your air-vehicles carry your land and sea vehicles.
Underground bases: These can be most anywhere, but should be remote or with many exits so as to avoid gather to much attention.
Bigger island bases: The same, expect more tropical and larger.
Name: (First and last please, or perhaps ???)
Evil Name: (Optional)
Age: (Can be ??)
Beginning Power Source: (All have drawbacks, but you can add another and expand on it)
Minions: (Start with 50)
Place on Map: (PM me, it can be a name of any place on earth, general description or use paint on a world map. Here is a tagged Photo Bucket map: http://s273.photobucket.com/albums/jj205/Mordereth_bucket/?action=view¤t=WorldMap.gif )
Bio:
Okay, you have 200 tiles in your mountain base to begin with, you'll need to purchase more potent explosives to excavate more room, which I'll allow you to do in a bit.
You can devote them to one of the follow:
Barracks: You house 5 minions per tile
Armory: You can arm 10 minions per tile
Infirmary: 2 tiles house 5 minions who are injured (you may want to be able to have 15 injured at once to start out with)
Control: Per 5 tiles, you get .5 more 'Data' per turn. Data can be used to; Discover other Masterminds lairs, Discover a valuable item/piece of technology to steal, etc.
Example: Discovering another Mastermind's lair's whereabouts may be 10 data.
Recreation: 1 tile can keep 2 minions entertained at once, and while this isn't necessary the invisible yet omnipresent 'Moral' factor will get a boost. Bare in mind you get to choose how many people have a break at a time.
Take away 20 from the beginning for the energy room.
You need to fill those up, you can spoiler them or PM them to me but I don't see this as being to invaluable.

You are an evil Mastermind, hell-bent on taking over/destroying the world. But it's not just you. No, there are many with such aspirations. There are also those who'd like to keep the order of the world as-is.

Power.
The ways to get power are...
Nuclear: Good power, but dangerous wastes and excessive fumes make it hard to hide.
Turbine: They take up lots of space, but get the job done. Though they are easy to sabotage.
Coal: You need to bring in the resource, and it makes plenty of fumes.
Solar: You need to put the panels somewhere. Good for air bases.
For the staff.
Recreation: Your minions will need to relax now and again. Sodas and ping-pong, as well as TVs and couches.
Armory: Where you keep the guns. You're going to want to keep this accessible, but not so much so that anyone can get in.
Infirmary: Where you heal injured minions back to health.
More will be added.

You will start with 50 minions. To obtain more, you will need to preform Nefarious Deeds. These will be presented, but you will require many minions there for the larger ones.
That means you'll probably only be able to do one at a time, so other Masterminds will be doing other ones too.
Yes this has a lot in common with Evil Genius.
