What, did you guys never watch TV in the 80s and 90s? That's like saying, "Gee, Darkwing Duck was great and all, but why did he have to be a DUCK? He'd have been much better as a crime-fighting human!"
Yes, but it never even references it except to say 'You dogs' instead of 'You guys'
At least that's what I can glean from the trailer and the bios.
It just seems unnecessarily distracting, if it's only going to be aesthetic.

But hey, I'm no pro at this stuff, but I know what I find funny, and this wasn't to me.
But other people seem to like it, so it doesn't bother me.

I just won't watch it.
Again, shows like Darkwing Duck, Samurai Pizza Cats, Animaniacs, etc. - where the hell is the plot relevance to them being ducks, or cats, or whatever the hell they are? There isn't any.

Oh no, Baloo is a bear and he's piloting a plane!

I'm sorry, as someone who grew up on cartoons about animals acting like humans, this just seems like the silliest damn complaint I have ever, ever heard.
Do you see cartoons like those made today? No. People don't want to look at anthropomorphic dogs or cats.

Again, since it seems you know something about the show we don't know - is it supposed to be a comedy show?

It's true that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but this was a trailer to showcase what the "book" has to offer and it didn't catch my interest.

However, I will give it a chance.
Let's hope it turns out to be good.

God, that was terrible.

It looks like one horrible cliche/overused joke followed by another disguised by someone cleverly making them dogs and that horrible flash animation look.

45 seconds was too much for that, I can't imagine how badly I'd want to claw out my eyes if I had to sit through an entire episode.

Ok, I've got no problem with them being dogs, but for the love of everything holy, do not make jokes about them being anthropomorphized dogs.
Unless you've got some genius twist, don't do it.

Sorry, but it just looks like they used dogs to cover up the unfunny.

"Oh, well, it's not very funny, but aoawwwwwwww lookit little doggies they're so cute and animated- what was I complaining about again?"

Dunno if it's been asked yet, but, why does the theme music sound like it's totally ripped off from Blue Oyster Cult's "Don't Fear The Reaper"?

I can't speculate on the success of this series, but at least it can't be as bad as the Look Who's Talking turds. I might've gone with gremlins, myself. Dogs are a bit overused in media.

I rewatched the trailer

It seemed like it actually COULD be funny, but the "dogs" part is really pointless

Why not just have them humans?
Becuase then Furries wouldn't watch it I guess.

side note, why couldn't they of been birds? [just to fan the flames]
No hands.

Not that dogs are much better... but at least they're strong enough to carry those huge gaming industry paychecks. And then chase them down when they bounce at the bank.

Really? Is an anthropomorphized animal on the internet instantly a furry thing?
I can see how they would like it, seeing how they're furries and all, but is any anthropomorphized animal part of furry-fandom?

Shouldn't you all be out flaming old Disney movies and hating on young kids for watching them and recent stuff containing anthropomorphized animals?

Wow, I can see this got off to a fine start.
Congratulations to managing to spark another argument, their such fun to read.

Hoping for another hilarious series but also hoping someone sorts the animation style.
Notes; shirts seem to overlap mouths at points, expressions are too stiff and permanent (their anthropomorphic characters, as such you need to make more use of their available features than just a nut cracker style jaw and 2 shade eyes).

I'm just going to say it, and please don't hate me for this, I really don't see much humour in this at all. I doubt I'll be watching it.

And why do they have to be dogs?

Anyway, sorry to the guys who made it for insulting their hard earned time and all, but I really don't think it's very good.
Don't be sorry, I insult Rebecca Mayes all the time.

Termination was deferred by Upper Management citing the need to maintain the current number of female employees, as per affirmative action statues.

There's your Affirmative Action Statue. Are you saying upper management feared some fruity forest-galloping human with a gun?

Oh nevermind, you meant "statute"...
