I've seen a lot of comments about it being disappointing because it doesn't show anything important about the character......but who cares? TF2 isn't a character driven experience, its a hat simulator with crazy weapons that gib people into meaty chunks. Personally I couldn't stop laughing when it first showed the viewpoint of the pyro.

Whaaat? It showed exactly all you need to know about the guy. He burns things, and players run like hell as soon as he gets close. When that maniac man-child dives in, even the most carefully coordinated of plans can instantly go to pot. No one wants to get burnt.

here's what i think, the hallucination of happiness is caused by a lifetime supply of LSD stuffed into the mask, and powdered ecstasy in the oxygen supply.

combined with insanity and pyromania, we get...well, that.

Yea its sad, it has the most dislikes out of any Meet The ____ video so far, and its been out for not even half a day. People are goddam whiny arseholes and it irks me seeing such hilarious videos get trolled on.

Well the Pyro is officially completely fucking insane.

Was there really any doubt?

Its methods of killing are the most brutal and torturous in TF2. Every other character has some sort of trade off, some sort of benefit of the doubt. The Pyro doesn't have that, no clean or instant kills, no disconnection with its victims, no redeeming factors, only raw death with a bit of screaming. The only way you get someone to do something they know is truly evil is if they're truly insanely demented...

...or they think they're doing good.

We've met the Pyro...and personally think I'm ready to go home. Now.
