That being said, I find that most(if not all) here are professional enough to not ban people for no reason, and have full faith that when a user appears to be suspended for a more-or-less harmless post, it's because they have a history of bad behaviour.
Yes, I have been "Descriminated" against by a moderator. The specifics are that it was a football(Soccer for you Americans) forum with me quite blatantly "owning" said moderator in a discussion of the Premier League teams Liverpool and Man. Utd. I can't remember the exact details, but know that I was then perma-banned from said forum. I never looked back... That place sucked.
