Actually, the whole sequence of introducing the characters in SamCha sticks with me all the time. Mugen's badass line (The way he says it just drips with personality), to the way Jin F's up the guards of the local corrupt government official and leaves... but not before taking the money the
official was going to be bribed with. (Jin doesn't get a badass line, since he's a man of action). Even Fuu's frustration at everyone else's subservience, the whole first episode is probably the best example of quick, effective and stylish characterization I've ever seen.
That, and "One-o-o-one- ONE HUNDRED DUMPLINGS!"
