Conker's Bad Fur Day, Metal Gear Solid, and Knights of the Old Republic.

Containing Conker's platforming and hilarious humor, Metal Gear Solid's stealth action and codec system, KotOR's choice system, along with the party system/ability to switch between characters, and the ability to explore different planets.

Put the story and characters in a blender.

Amazing.

Disgaea's game play, setting, characters, and graphics.

Ninja Gaiden II for combat presentation (special attacks would be carried out in a fast and brutal fashion).

Fear... just so Laharal can laugh at Alma.

Assassin's Creed, Crackdown, and Red Faction Guerrilla. An open world game where you play as a superpowered stealth assassin in a huge modern city full of fairly realistic AI people, and everything is fully destructible. My dream game. It would also be an RPG. With perks. God I love perks.
Thats not what I was going to say, but that sounds really, really great. Im putting that up there on my list.

Id go with
1) Saints Row 2 style character customization, mission progression, hostage taking, varied world (yeah its a city, but its a city with an airport, chinatown, japantown, docks, power plant, prison island, college suburbs, shopping district, etc. Its varied.) and open world freedom, where there was just slightly more to do in this open world than run around killing people in various ways, and your character could be whoever he wanted to be.

2) Mass Effect 2 for its characters, different planets/locales, AI and cinematic style, and story telling ability. And also its cover system and combat. Not as good as Gears 2, but still it works very well and the abilities that you have are balanced and useful. In my experience, at least.

3) Alpha Protocol's way of reacting to your previous missions and decisions, changing the game in not huge, but significant ways through the game depending on what you do in which missions first.

Put all that together, and you have a sandbox game amazing in its glory. A massive game with multiple sandbox environments and you need to gain control of each one, scinematics, NPCS, and writing on par with a Bioware RPG, excellent character and ally customization to go into those cutscenes, and in the end, you get to watch as the world(s) aorund you change(s) depending on what you do, when you do it, and in what order. That would be awesome.

Too bad I didnt have room for Red Faction Guerillas destructability....

Jet Set Radio Future + Armored Core 4: Answer + Persona 3: FES

You've now got a whacked out cell-shaded game where you summon customizable giant robots by shooting yourself in the head. You skate against various rivals to build your social Links allowing you to use more and better parts in the construction of your bot.

Each mech has a customizable super attack using graffiti which marks your turf and gives you a constant bonus unless someone can defeat you and take it over. Occasionally a boss wanders into your turf, a giant bot who you can try to defeat on your own or team up with others.
Holy Crap, you just blew my mind.

Demon's Souls for its difficulty, tactical fights and awesome battle style, World of Warcraft for being an MMO with a good storyline and open world and Aion for it's graphics.

Basically I want an MMO version of Demon's Souls with an open world.

Red Faction Guerilla, Star Wars Battlefront and (forgive me) Call of Duty.

Basically Star Wars Battlefront with a level up system, multiple abilities/weapons and destructible environments.

All the story and sexy time and voice acting of Dragon Age in the word and gameplay of Fallout 3. Also I would people recognize what wearing (ex: if I'm dressed like a brotherhood of steel member or a raider then I should have people addressing me as one) sorta like Fable 2 but better.
See? Why Fallout 3? Is it a when you were born/games exposed to thing? Or is it... I'm gonna word this as... a ummmm, difference in tastes?
Okay, let me set out a scene for you.
Timmy says: "Hey Jimmy, I sure do like this lollipop!"
Jimmy says: "I prefer this one!"
T: "I guess we have different opinions then."
J: "Indeed. Should we respect each other's, or go off and tell everyone who doesn't agree with our opinions that they're wrong and demand that they explain why they have that opinion to us, which generally makes us seem like dicks?"

I'll let you finish that off.
OT: Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age, mixed with...
I dunno, that's already my perfect game. Anything else would make it worse.

Paper Mario + Avernum 6 + Fantastic Four web browser game = Awesome RPG where you have a party of 4 characters and you explore a huge, open world. Customize your characters' race, what weapons (1 handed, 2 handed, bows, throwing weapons) and magic they're good with (Mage Spells, Priest Spells), their health and energy, etc (Avernum 6) as well as giving them a limited amount of badges that can give them special moves, or attributes like stealing health/energy when they attack, (Paper Mario).

As for the battle system, you and your opponents select what you/they want your/their guys to do for the next 3 turns. Because you choose every 3 turns instead of 1, you have to really be able to predict your opponent's next moves. Say if you select (Move closer to opponent ->Use Radial Attack -> Use Radial Attack) and your opponent uses his first turn to move to a different spot, he might end up moving out of range of your radials, which means you'll end up wasting 2 turns on a radial attack that won't hit anything.

What special moves a character has will depend on what badges they have equipped and what their skill level in various weapons/magic is. For example, if their Pole Weapons skill is at 3, they will be able to use Pole Weapon techniques that are obtained from equipping Pole Weapon Badges that are at level 3 or lower.

Mass Effect, WoW, and Microsoft Flight Sim.

A space MMO that you can fly your own ship around!
Yay! EVE Online!
On a side note, if instead of Microsoft Flight Sim, you meant Freelancer, and instead of WOW, you meant Freelancer, and instead of Mass Effect, you meant an FPS/TPS (whatever you prefer) with good gunplay, then HELL. YES.
No, not EVE... EVE has terrible controls and even worse story. I'm talking WoW story (which is amazing despite what anyone says) mixed with Mass Effect's story (Also amazing) with an ACTUALLY GOOD flight sim like in Microsoft's Flight sim, with ground missions aswell. THATS what i'm talking.
I did really like Mass Effect 2, but if you ask me, it actually has a fairly mediocre story. What it does excel in however, is presentation. Namely, cinematic presentation the likes of which I have never seen before in a game. I have played WOW, but if I wanted to read a book, then I'd be reading a book. I don't really want the reasons why I'm killing 6 snow-meese.

I'm trying real hard to think of a game with a truly outstanding story, but there's probably one out there somewhere.

I get what you mean though, and I'm intrigued.

No. What is the point of throwing Fallout 3 in there?
For a somewhat decent story.
Kinda like the above, though Fallout 3 is a titch better than most, which I guess does follow in with it being "A somewhat decent story" I suppose.

Okay, let me set out a scene for you.
Timmy says: "Hey Jimmy, I sure do like this Alienware m15x!
Jimmy says: "I prefer the Insperon 14!"
T: "I guess we have different opinions then."

In this hypothetical scenario, money is not an issue.

And so we come to a difficulty. Timmy's preference is quite clearly better, yet Jimmy can tack it up to a difference in opinion. The problem of using the gameplay of Fallout 3, is that the gameplay of Fallout 3 is a splice of a traditional Bethesda RPG, with an FPS. The problem arises because Fallout 3 waters down both, in order to accomedate the two. This doesn't have to be, but the gunplay is considerably wose than that of most other FPSs, and the RPG elements are poorly implemented as well in comparison to Bethesda's earlier works.

That of course, is just my opinion, I guess.

Final Fantasy, no more heroes, and metal gear solid. Some kind of epic plot glued together with an rpg/stealth gameplay and epic bosses.

Well I can see your point, even though I thought Fallout 3 was fine with the RPG setting.
But I still don't understand while you seem to be having a go at Oblivion as well.

=Fallout: New Vegas.

I'd do Pokemon Generations 1&2, Left 4 Dead 2 and Mass Effect 2.

260 different zombified pokemon. All of them baying for your blood. Fight through hordes and crescendo events in your quest to build data on all of them for your ZombieDex.

IN SPACE.
