You know what I think is worse? Using Derek Acorah. I actually believe in Spiritualism and so on, and I think he has a true talent. However, my mind is biased against him personally because when he used to do Living TV's Most Haunted show, about three or four seasons in he started faking trances and basically faking a lot of stuff, and in the end they replaced him with someone else. I reckon he has a talent. But he sold himself out for the sake of ratings with that show, to the point where they got rid of him. So this little stunt with Michael Jackson just reeks of a publicity stunt and a ratings chaser, to me. I agree with the OP. They aren't just flogging a dead horse, they're literally raping it.

This comes back towards my number one piece of advice:

NEVER trust someone who will sell you spiritual advice.

This includes séances, cause it doesn't matter if one could or could not contact the dead through one. The chances of someone being able to do so for money is so far from likely that you might as well just burn the note and prey the ashes fall into the shape of a meaningful word.

My view on them violates one of the other pieces of advice I am allowed to give on spiritual matters:
Keep your belief to yourself!

I work at sonic and for the past 3 months a michael jackson song has been played at least 5 times every day i work.
