I'm certain that they've weighing the potential profits against the cost of a lawsuit.

Besides, it took us years to finally find a crack in Zynga's legal bullshit armor.
Imagine how long it will take against the most overpaid lawyers in the world.
They're bound to find a loophole somewhere.
