I think my record on hard is 135s. My completion rate is abysmally low, though. I'll typically clear out 88%-93% of the mines before I'm reduced to an ambiguous zone, then I'll guess wrong.

I always thought Mine Sweeper was a fairly easy game. When I do play it, which is extremely rarely now a days, I generally just try to top my previous record of 14 seconds on a "beginner" map (Windows XP Mine Sweeper).

Okay, my post sounds a bit arrogant in retrospect after reading the below posts. However, my uncle taught me how to play it when I was really young, so I guess I got a bit of a head start. Apologies if anyone was put off by my post >_>;

My record is 10 seconds.

Unfortunately, when you break about 15 seconds it becomes more about luck than any kind of skill...

Mine Sweeper is a GTA killer....Just the free roam elements and symbolic use of Mines and the realism of Death...It's a philosophical CONUMDRUM!
