Let me expain, I just shaved, showered and went out to get a few things done.
Now, it was pretty warm plus I had to run a little.
You can guess it, I sweated a little and the sweat ran into the tiny lesions of my skin (the ones that don't necessarily bleed but are present right after shaving).
Now my face is all itchy, what the hell?

Sounds like irritation of the skin... when I shave my legs they're sometimes itchy, especially if I go outside in a skirt. Not too sure why, I'm not a doctor XD

Random idea:

They should send prisoners to an island and force them into a Battle Royale (like the book/film), then the survivor is chucked into a prison.

It would cut costs of the prison system and there would be a lot less criminals in the world.
Plus, we would have some great TV

Thanks to those who've shown their support. So far the doctors are pretty sure it's an infection, but she's staying in overnight so they can keep an eye on her. So nothing to worry about really.
