Really feel like this version of the theme should be in the game somewhere. In the right place, it'd be really awesome. Really liked how I can clearly hear the dragon words in this version.

Also kinda thought about how alotta lady youtube singers and stuff might drop nerdy attributes to gain a greater following on the internet.

Nice talent, yet it is sad that she resorted to auto-tune. That invalidates her skills.
Dont hear any Auto-tune, I hear some reverb and effects in there to make it sound epic but no auto-tune, there is a difference between effects and auto tune y'know...
She used to use auto-tune, then she took an arrow to the knee. Now it's reverb all the way.
Oh I thought she used Reverb because someone stole her Sweetroll..!

I saw this video this morning and had to suppress a pang of envy at how damn good she was, wondering how the hell I'm going to top it with my own Skyrim song.
Sample some old Candlemass tracks, have someone reading the sports pages from a gaelic language newspaper in the background and sing about taking an arrow in the knee.

I used to steal sweetrolls until I took an arrow in the knee.

I saw a sweetroll the other day, it flew right over the city.

Saw this on Twitter an hour or so ago, been listening to it over and over ever since! Fantastic work and beautiful voice!
The video description also states that a fan made a Skyrim mod to put her music on the main menu instead of the original!
Her song it's even better suited to the Skyrim main menu than the original... It's more calm like the menu is.
I fucking love it that song. Awesome female singer is awesome.

Autotune can be a skill, problem is i think she overused it abit. still really well done.
You guys really have no idea what you're talking about.

I don't know what's worse, thinking Autotune is a skill or thinking that she used it.
Autotune IS a skill. T-Pain, for example, pulls Autotune off. My cousin, on the other hand, does not.

Bla, bla, bla, harp on about auto-tuning, generic attempt at sounding refined in musical tastes, bla, bla, bla.

Alteration of sound is what music is, you utter ponces! I am also pretty sure methods of voice alteration other than auto-tuning exist...

I have worked in music production for almost a decade dude. I have autotuned bad singers in my day and I can tell you for sure that the kind T-Pain uses is not a skill. They can fix the shittiest voice in the world with it.

It just made me choke a little with emotion, it's that good. She's incredibly talented, it was a rare genuine pleasure to hear this. I will go ahead and like and favourite the thu'um out of it =)

Sounds good but I think the acoustics are bit too much. Nevertheless, it isn't my cup of tea as I prefer the same style as the original

Then why is it, when my cousin tries the same trick, it comes out disgusting, whereas I quite like the gimmicky appeal of T-Pain.

here is the dragon part of the song translated to english:

Dragonborn Dragonborn
By his honor is sworn
To keep evil forever at bay
And the fiercest foes rout
When they hear triumph?s shout
Dragonborn for your blessing we pray

Because 1) (I'm guessing) he's not a professional engineer and b) there are different kinds of Autotune as well as different ways people use it.

Some kinds (like Melodyne) will literally let you drag a mouse over any part of a vocal you want and choose exactly how 'in tune' you want it - sort of like adjusting a brightness slider in a new game. Some kinds just go down over the whole vocal and tune as you sing.

Also, it is possible he just doesn't know how to use it properly.
