All the autotune nonsense in this thread brings this to mind...

OT: Beautiful. It's kind of odd that Bethesda couldn't pull together this kind of talent for the bards in-game (with maybe one exception).

Armchair music critics need to learn the difference between auto-tune and reverb. Reverb is used to create atmosphere, auto-tune is used to create shit.

I was sitting in the tavern just last night thinking, God these bards are awful! Mangling a classic!

--This-- is how it's done. Beautiful!

OH GOD THAT WAS SO EPIC WHEN SHE STARTED SINGING THE SONG IN DRAGONISH AND I'M PROBABLY THE ONLY ONE HERE SAD ENOUGH TO BE ABLE TO SING ALONG!
Nope, you're not the only one.

[sub][sub]Dovahkiin, dovahkiin, naal ok ziin los vahriin...[/sub][/sub]

EDIT: Holy shit, the Youtube comments on this video are incredibly vile. And for that to stand out on Youtube is really saying something.

Where is this auto tune? I've listened to this a few times now, and I don't hear it.
Reverb, sure. But Auto tune? Where?
There isn't any. People are stupid.
Not only do you do my favorite contribution to this website, but you are one of the only contributors that I actually see posting in the forms. That earns you double points of awesomeness
I was posting in the forums before I was a contributor so it's only natural ;)
I remeber the days when you were just that irish heavy poster on these forums. Then you uploaded gordon freeman saved my life on here asking if it was any good then it exploded over night.

How much things have changed but you deffinly deserve it mate and i can not wait for the skyrim song

Nice talent, yet it is sad that she resorted to auto-tune. That invalidates her skills.
Autotune can be a skill, problem is i think she overused it abit. still really well done.
You guys really have no idea what you're talking about.

I don't know what's worse, thinking Autotune is a skill or thinking that she used it.
1. skill is knowing when to use it, how to use it properly so its not annoying, and sounding good with it.
2. not sure if she did but i woudnt begrudge her if she had.

Nice rendition but I really dislike the voice. She can sing, but it´s a bit too overemotional for my taste. I would love to hear Robin Pecknold perform this one though, haha.

And for heaven´s sake: There´s no auto-tune in there, you cynical people you.

I have listened to this song at least 30 times in a row searching for signs of auto-tune and have yet to hear any. If anything listening to it so much made me notice places where she was slightly OFF tune. I think you are all just mad cause you have no talent and can't recognize it when it punches you in the face.

I wonder if Miracle would consider a collaboration?

OT : Guys, phuuuuulease. This choir-reverb-audio-tune effect ruins whole experience.
