SCAR-H extended mags
Either Javelin or RPG x2 depending on the map.
Claymore. (Sooo much fun)
Stun grenades.

Scavenger pro (v handy for replenishing claymores from people you've just killed with them)
Hardline pro/Danger close pro
Last Stand pro
Final stand

UAV
Care package
Sentry gun/Pave Low

Anyone else think it's hilarious how often Riot Shielders will keep running at you even after you place a claymore in their path? Seriously, give it a try.

When I first started using care packages I stopped bothering because all I got was ammo, but then I realised you can get sentry guns, predator missiles, stealth bombers... damn near anything.

TAR-21 with silencer
Stinger

Grenades
Flashbang

Perk 1: Scavenger pro
Perk 2: Cold-blooded pro
Perk 3: Ninja pro

Killstreaks: UAV, harrier strike and chopper gunner.

Deathstreak: Painkiller

I generally like being rather sneaky.
I've always been fine with the standard sights, I just don't see a need for a red dot or holographic sight. Also don't see the advantage to the scrambler perk. It just lets someone know when you're near them.

Riot Shield
Akimbo G18's
Tactical Insertion, 2x Flash Grenade

Perk 1: Marathon
Perk 2: Lightweight
Perk 3: Commando

^ So awesome on small maps, especially on modes such as CTF/Domination/HQ that require serious mobility.

EDIT: To digress a little, the scrambler perk is pretty redundant. It messes with the oppositions radar in a small area. So if your radar gets a little fuzzy then you know for sure there's someone around. It's not even that much of a hindrance anyway. Just play a little defensively and try and flush the scrambler out.

Silly, useless perk.

Assault:
M16A4-Holographic
Raffica-Silencer or FMJ
Claymores (seems wierd for an assault but if you place them at random choke points you rack up the kills + with scavenger perk you never run out. Only use 2 at a time because thats the max)
Flashbangs
Perk 1-scavenger
Perk 2-Stopping power
Perk 3-Steady aim
Death perk-Martrydom

Ninja:
MP5K-Silencer
Raffica-Silencer
Claymore (same reason as above)
Flash or Smokes
Perk 1-Scavenger
Perk 2-Cold blooded
Perk 3_Ninja (I never use that radar jammer because nothing screams "there is a ninja near by" when you cant see your radar)
Death Perk-Martyrdom

Sniping: (if you actually use one because on MW2 sipers are pretty useless which is a shame because I love sniping)

Intervention-FMJ
Raffica-FMJ
Claymores
Flashes
Perk 1-Scavenger (With scavenger you can claymore spam your defence)
Perk 2-Stopping power
Perk 3-Steady aim
Death perk- Last stand (common sence folks, your a sniper so martyr dom is almost useless however if another sniper shoots you and you go into last stand you will probably soon get up and you have claymores for cover.

In theory yes, and true on larger maps, where you are isolated or away from the action it lets you know, but when a guy is firing out of a window in a room of friends and he gets scrambled he just doesn't turn around. You can fire unsilenced and kill as many enemies as you like, at close range/on maze-like maps Scrambler lets you destroy an enemy team if played right.

You've just got to make sure you don't advance slowly then barge in, because they shoot you. Run round the enemy a bit and make sure they can't find you, then either take a chance and play offensively, routing behind the guys looking for you, or play defensively and hope to God they don't discover what direction you're in. Scrambler is only just ahead of Steady Aim in terms of usefulness for me, and it nets me many, many kills. In one example a literal entire enemy team, six guys in single file, ran into my RPD Bling (RDS + Grip) and bcause of Scrambler not one of them noticed that they were under fire or that their team mates were dead. Sure, it lets the enemy know where you are and in Hardcore it's a setback, but when you've got a Harrier in the air and a Predator Missile in a Care Package it doesn't matter who knows where you are.
