Got it. Now working on my next set of goodies, namely trying to use SMGs without dying by using the Marathon and Lightweight combo.

If you want killstreaks, just use the Vector. It's the best gun in the game, as long as you don't put rapid fire or akimbo on it.

Any killstreak not from a crate except for the Sentry Gun, but not ones from Care Package/Emergency Airdrop. Pave Low also doesn't count towards your streak even if you have it equipped, no one is really sure why. Sentry Guns kills stop counting towards your kill streak IF you pick it up and move it after the initial position. The kills from the first place you put it do count towards your streak.

Anything from a care package doesn't count (care package/emergency drop of course this excludes sentry gun), however i've heard that the first kill from a package's weapon counts (unconfirmed on that ) but kills with crates (drop the crate on enemy) counts.

Pavelow has a bug where its kills won't count towards ur next killstreak.

slightly off topic tho.

any tips to help improve K/D or killstreaks
Generally, i would say use what you like, however depending on your regular life expectancy cater towards that, i mean if you can camp the entire game and easily get to 7 kills your can benefit from the higher rewards, but if you run and gun and die easily use some lower ones.

Also use killstreak thats that generate kills to your next streak, like a predator on a team game can easily get you 2 kills, which you can turn into a harrier which can turn into a pavelow/chopper/ac130, using killstreaks that cater to the maps as well, like predators/harriers/chopper/pavelow are bad for maps such as skidrow where there is plenty of cover and UAV/counterUAV/sentry are strong because you can see campers/block campers and stick the turret in bottle necks, where as anything air support well decimate on wasteland.

Another tip is to cater the players your playing against or the game you are playing, this is more harrier v chopper, chopper flies around the map and can get more kills that way, where as say the harrier can lock down an area, people argue that the harrier is easier to shoot down, but when your not using cold it targets and kills faster, and is also a fraction harder to get a clear target on because of buildings etc, also locking down the area you can pick off anybody trying to destroy it.

Another argument is the ac130 v chop G, ac130 has a different weapons which negate its reload time and stays up high, making it harder to shoot down, however with its limited scope, and only lasts 39 seconds (i think just roughly), where as chopper moves around only gives you one weapon but can pierce through most buldings and lasts 1 minute.

I think the only one that doesn't carry over to new killstreaks is with the AC-130, you have to get a kill before the others start counting towards your next one.
The AC-130 does count, so long as it's not from a care package/emergency airdrop. If it didn't count, then the Chopper Gunner vs AC-130 'fight' would be over already.
AC-130 is better.

Though, slightly harder to use because of bullet travel. But it more well protected.
Those fuckers are impossible to take down.
4 rockets one after the other (me and a mate) and it still pops flares?
Fuck that shit.
You have time to it. I shot up my Stinger right after someone else did and theirs missed but mine hit with no problem. Taking down the AC-130 can be tricky though.

Apparently you can do some dmge with bullets (Unconfirmed by me).

And I thought I read in the little intel things before each match that care Packages/ Emergencies don't count towards your killstreak?

Really? I can't stand it.

OT: I hate not having stinger missiles, and having to rely on my teammates to shoot down enemy air support.

Especially since they don't.

Yea. And the fact that i can take down a chopper gunner basically the instant it comes into play. :)D love the satisfaction of taking out someones harrier/ chopper/pavelow/UAV etc.. before they get use out of it.) Makes it more than hard to kill.
I usually just ditch my teammates and try to take it out alone (as they lack cold blooded and get me killed, negating my effectiveness against them.)

All and all, i love killing killstreak rewards for the fact that it is free Exp that i can get despite how laggy games can get against the overseas players. The more opposing rewards, the more fun i have, despite how much my K/D goes down. (i gave up maintaining that... too much bad connection games)
