The tactical nuke is a nice touch, good reward for anyone who manages the 25 streak whilst at the same time allowing the poor sods they're destroying to end their misery sooner.

Something tells me that the "Tactical Nuke" perk is going to be horribly abused (in large games atleast).

While getting a 25-kill streak isn't exactly a walk in the park, it could turn some of the larger matches into a game of "Crowd around the best player on your team and protect him until he gets 25 kills".

....No I would guess that this would be half-true, half false. You see a lot of confirmed perks in there, along with some good guesses, but some of the stuff in there looks incredibly stupid, as if it was done by somebody like a hoaxer. Marathon giving you unlimited sprinting power? Really? That would be ridiculous. Plus gamers with early leaks of the game are well known to be the most reliable source, even when there seems to only be one video linked.

25 kill streak gets you a nuke? Not sure how I feel about that... Well, wait, isn't a single FFA match usually only 25 kills anyway? And even if it's fifty, it's not that big of a deal...

If teams are a smart though... they'll set up one guy to get all the kills.

I believe the deal with the nuke isn't that it wins the game, it just kills everybody currently alive on the map at once.

And yeah, It's been leaked, videos and torrents are everywhere. I want multiplayer so I'll probably be getting a legit copy.

OT- the nuke sounds unreasonable. IW is smarter than that. I've gotten a 25 kill streak on World at War before and I'm on the F*cking Wii!!!! Just because it's "leaked" doesn't mean it's completely true. We needed Activision to say "yes the intro is real......."

you can only have 3 of the kill streaks so unless your really really good your not gonna choose the nuke

HA! Seriously - no. While the killstreaks may be right, there are more perks than that. There were more in Cod4, and this is promised to have more, and there are 70 levels now!

More perks than this is my option.

It basically makes strategy useless.

Edit: I hate to ask but I haven't really been following the game's progress. What's a deathstreak and why/how is it rewarded?

I'm pretty sure deathstreaks are rewarded (if you can call it a reward) for dieing multiple times without getting a kill. I read somewhere the one is getting the persons who just killed you weapon set, and another gives myrmidon.


The tactical nuke seems kinda dumb, if you get a 25 killstreak, your probably gonna win anyways.

I know a guy who (much to my shame) has a flashed 360. I can confirm that the above perks and kill streaks are the real deal and i believe he mentioned other perks too, but i wasnt really paying attention, trying to save all the pleasent surprises for myself next week

I like the balancing issues thing people keep complaining about - Not like every person in the game can't get those perks and Killstreaks.

Also if there's a guy getting 25 kills without DYING, that is 250 points all by himself, chances are, you're losing the match anyway.

What happened to the Akimbo (dual-wielding) perk? Are they scratching that?
