If you had to ban CoD players for douche behavior, you would literally lose 9/10th's of the playerbase.

Please note that this in no way related to trying to improve the game's community. We [Activision - editor] are only one-sidedly terminating the EULAs in order to force players to purchase the game again.

I can understand bans for cheating and hacking, but glitches are the game makers fault. Rather than ban people for them, fix them.
