Morrowind - which mods should I get?

I would like to ask the same question of Oblivion... and since I'm clueless on how to install mods, I'd like some info on that process as well.

Mudcrabs are in both games. Except the ones in Morrowind look like an ambulatory pile of turd with claws.

Anyway, get the non-hostile wildlife mod, it means that random animals won't attack you unless they're diseased or you attack first.

I realize that, they're just much more annoying in Oblivion
