Oh man, any follower in Fallout 3. If you have ANY follower, patience is needed. Lots of patience.

Then again the Sims is designed to be weak.
I need to pee. Oh wait, I am also hungry. And tired. Guess I'll get up and go to the kitchZZZZZZZZ-Uh what?, right, kitchen. Oops, soiled myself.
If this post had been on Facebook, it'd be a "like" from me.

also the allied AI in Frontlines: fuel of war. they are almost as stupid as the enemy AI, and neither of them know how to do anything

Don't forget about Dead Rising survivors.

I once saw 2 of them get stuck by continually walking into each other in a wide open space. They were face to face and both trying to walk forward. Neither tried turning. They stayed that way until I finally hit one. They also have no qualms about shooting you when a zombie is near you. I've also seen them run right into a horde of zombies when there was a clear path around them.

Fallout 3 AI seemed decent to me. I had a couple followers and they actually had pretty good aim. They'd even spot an enemy before I did at times. However, I haven't dealt with it much. Perhaps I just got very lucky.

Easily oblivion or fallout3, oooh how i hated them so, main reason why i stopped playin em.
One other annoying AI is in halo3 and ODSt when it comes to driving, they either kept driving in circles or crashes into a wall, but one time...

and I still can't believe this, it started to drive smoothly until the car randomly starts to go in circles then goes back into the original path, the AI then thought it would be wise to turn to the right and dive off the nearby cliff.

Yep, the AI in Halo still isn't exactly up to scratch. Hope Reach will have it better, doubt it though.

Also, even though it's probably my favorite game series ever, the first four Gran Turismo games probably had the worst AI in the history of games. It wasn't like racing other cars at all, it was like racing a train, and just like a train, it can't swerve out of the way if you're in front of it, and once it inevitably hits, everything is ruined. It was a collision that would always inevitably occur on the last corner of the last lap of that endurance race you've been part of for the past hour and a half.

I feel as if i always expected the AI in halo to be crap though, I mean, you're this badass killing machine and their a bunch of marines who are ants in comparison to you, it almost makes sense that they suck. almost.

Don't get me started.

The AI in Resident Evil 5 loves nothing more than to not follow, not protect and get their asses kicked all at the same time.

Also in L4D2, the AI is quite happy to stand next to you picking their noses while a Hunter rips your nuts off and eats them. The second the fucking thing kills me due to their stupidity THEN the kill the fucking thing.

I still prefer L4D1's AI.

cant really quote on RE5 as i played the whole game with a friend but i play L4D2 with my bro so obv theres 2 AI chars going with us and yeah i agree the AI is fucking horrible, although i have to disagree, SO FAR they have been good at saving us when we need it, they just get stuck behind or bogged down way too much and end up being dead weights for us, ruins the gameplay somewhat

The skirmish AI in SupCom pre Forged Alliance. It would build almost nothing but Tech 1 assault bots until Tech 3 and Experimental were available and it didn't rush to them either.

Left 4 Dead 2: The AI stand around next to the Charger pummelling you, trying to right-click melee it to death or sometimes think a truck about a mile down the road is more interesting than you being ridden by a Jockey.

Can I really be the first one to say this?
Okay: any FPS objective-based multiplayer.
"Hey guys, I have a great idea! Let's go camp the enemy spawn and leave our base completely undefended!"

[small]Disclaimer: yes I know it's not really AI, but from my perspective it's WORSE[/small]
