The shotgun troops rom Half-life (both) are just a friggin nightmare. The theres also the grenades from CoD 4, CoD 5 and TFC.

The Boomshot is a huge pet peeve of mine (and my friends). I wasn't referring to losing a "sniper/boomshot battle". I'm talking about how a player like me is using skill to defeat my enemy, and someone just goes and picks up the Boomshot and kills me like it's nothing. It's so unbalanced! If you get into a fight with someone who has the Boomshot, you either lose or the other guy screws up. He can take you down while you're behind cover or anywhere else with ONE SHOT. And if he misses, he's still got two more shots, both with the active boost which makes an already deadly weapon even deadlier.

Demoman's sticky bomb launcher. This is most likely me just being sour that I suck against Demomen in TF2, but it's a very rare occourance that I'll win a confrontation with one.
It's also the ultimate in spawn-camping.

Not as annoying as the Demo's smug little grin on the killcam.

I know how you feel, i first used it thinking the weak bullshit Raider would get blasted into and infinite number of peices but instead it didnt even cripple a limb, second time i used it it missed completely at 17 feet, THIRD time i used it without V.A.T.S and the enemy had enough time to get married, have kids, grow old and stand there with them laughing at me before the missle even got close.

Stick to the nukes, mate.

Walking out of spawn in Red Orchestra (what else >_>) and either suddenly dropping dead by way of a sniper bullet finding my cranium from three streets away, or hearing the BRATATATATATA or simple KRRRRRRRRRRRRRR of the MG34/42 respectively and going down in a hail of bullets.

From the same game, I loathe fighting Panthers. Somehow, one shot from a Panther at 600-800m will instantly destroy a god damn IS-2 heavy tank, while the much more powerful Tiger may need several shells to bring down a T-34. Although that's partially due to the IS-2's armour just not being what it says on the box, it's also due to the Panther's perfect mix of speed, maneuverability, turret turn rate, reload time and armour. (I mean, it takes TWO shots from the IS-2's 122mm gun to bring down a Panther, while the Panther only needs one 75mm shell to knock off an IS-2! That's just wrong!)

I don't have a real weapon that I'm annoyed with (I'm even fine with grenade launchers in CoD4). However, it was royally annoying when I ran into a no-respawn-till-next-round gametype where the entire other team was equipped with grenade launchers and kept firing them into our side of the map at the beginning of every round. I don't normally call out cheap tactics, but this is a really big exception.

N-Bomb from perfect dark, not only does it mess your screen up so bad you can't see anything but smoke and extreme motion blur (even after you die several times and respawn) but you drop your weapon for some reason. Also, they can be places as proximity mines >.<

The most overpowered weapon I've ecountered would be the Farsight XR-20 from Perfect Dark. The most useless would be the Needler. It's actually more fun to hit people with than it is to use.

For some reason, the M16 in Bad Company. I cannot use it for some reason, yet it seems like every time I get killed it is at the hands of someone using it.

It's wierd, everyone says it's overpowered but I never do very well using it.

I do have much better games with an MP5 or the wonderful G36C.

No weapon in specific, but in Far Cry 2 I've noticed I'm the only one who's gun ever jams, even when I take thier guns. Bad luck I guess.

Actually the guns they are using are in PERFECT shape but the instant they drop it turns to rusty. Why no one could drop a good weapon is beyond me.

As for annoying weapons.

Well if Matyr perk in COD4 is counted as one that's my pick. Good lord I hate that perk.

It's because the ground in africa has the element to instantly ruin anything useful the second it hits the ground.

On the topic of far cry, I get to choose between every basic nationality YET NOONE GOT A FUCKING MALARIA SHOT!?
