What makes you say that? Nothing I've heard has even suggested at that.Ironside said:Rome 2 Total War is probably what i'm looking forward to the most even if it does sound like virtually all of the factions are going to be released as dlc.
Well there are only going to be 8 playable factions on release, which is nowhere near enough to even cover the major factions that existed in the year the game starts. There will be over 50 factions total though and CA did say the small number of factions was because they were making them more detailed this time. Its only my opinion of course, butvit sounds like the major factions that are excluded in the initial release will have more detail and be made playable and whatnot added to them as dlc. Hopefully they wont do what they did with Shogun2 and stop modders unlocking certain factions that they were planning on releasing as dlc later then hopefully i will still be able to play my favourite faction since i very much doubt it will be one of the playable ones at the start.Blunderboy said:What makes you say that? I'm hoping that just means the others will be unlockable through play. It's a pity though. Reading about the factions on the wiki it sounds like each nation will be sub divided into two or three, which should hopefully make differences in each campaign.Ironside said:Well there are only going to be 8 playable factions on release, which is nowhere near enough to even cover the major factions that existed in the year the game starts. Stick of Truth if it releases in 2013, and that's it, I am mildly interested in Bioshock though.chimpzy said:BioShock Infinite and that's it really.
I think Wasteland 2 had a tentative 2013 release during the campaign, though I wouldn't be surprised if it were delayed a bit. So long as the game is good, they can take all the time they want (well...within reason).gmaverick019 said:I havent paid attention in a while, does that have a 2013 release date already? that'd be awesome.Asmodeus said:Wasteland 2
OT: The last of us, South Park: The stick of truth, and watch dogsOi, plenty of love to go around for the game, just not on the escapist. "toilet humor rpg" is beneath all the genius's we have on here.Z of the Na said:...really?
Nobody is excited for South Park: The Stick of Truth?
Well, I am. It's really the only thing I've been looking forward to, 2013-wise.
