Serious Sam, in terms of awesomeness, nothing will ever beat decimating a wave of 200-odd Kleer with a hand-held minigun.
How could no one mention Travis Touchdown. He kills people for a living (with a huge lightsaber, no less), loves anime, wrestling, and his adorable pet kitten. He is one of the most creative characters to come out of the Wii in ages and Nintendo Power even voted him as such (for whatever that is worth).

-the red crusader from crusader no remorse he literally kills everyone and every thing in his path from civilians,cops,solders to robots. Hell he destroys every thing hanging on the wall and the environment around him including boxes piled up in the corners.

No, In all seriousness, probably Leon S. Kennedy. Guy is sheer bad assery, spanning 2 games, and a movie. He always seems annoyed with the ganada and zombies etc. Not like that pussy redfield "Fear you cant forget" pssh, he's all crying in a corner... making a scene.
