I'm REALLY suprised nobody has mentioned, my favourites from Gears of War 2.
"OH MAN, I CAN'T BELIEVE I LOST HER AGAIN! GODDAMMIT! *Smashes window*" The line is pretty bad by itself but the delivery... Oh GOD, the delivery.
Also, "Hey Marcus, you ever seen a locust eat immulsion?"
"They can eat shit and die for all I care."
So bad, those games are full of them.

In The Darkness, I remember talking to one guy about finding his brother. (The satanic worshiper that you kill for the "Black Hole" power) At the end of his sentences, he would always add this forced laugh. For instance: "Hey, if you see my brother you just tell him Ernie sent ya.........HA HA!" Makes it hilarious when you see that his mouth extends to gargantuan lengths when he does it.
Also:
"Hero! Your health is low! ....Watch that...." The 'watch that' part always caught me off guard.
And who could forget:
"Seafood soup!" - Ultros

Some of the commentary in SmackDown vs. Raw 07 is cringeworthy.

Actually there's another one I only barely remember from an SNK fighting game. It's another bad translation (like 'all your base are belong to us').
When the guy beats you he says something really convoluted like - "You need a time machine. So then you can go into the past and learn how to fight then you can come back and try and beat me again." Except it's all in broken English so sounds even more strange.
