WOW! Someone referenced The House of the Dead 2. Man, I own THotD 2&3 on the Wii, and everyday I hear the bad lines, horrendous voice acting, and terrible translation. Shall I elaborate?

Zeal (Small bat from Judgement): "Suffer like G did?"
James (If you fail 2nd civilian rescue in chapter 1): "There was nothing we could do."
Harry: He's the head one of the most eminent financial groups..."

The list goes on. Personally, I think the Magician had the best voice action in the whole game...

One way to make the opening of KH2 (where you are searching for the missing photos) awkward is to replace the 'missing word' spot in the dialogue with whores. Or really any plural and humorous noun.

The most awkward line ive ever seen is one from the new pokemon game Platinum.
Your in a cave where you battle this fighter girl? i think its a fighter girl...w/e but the battle text his hilarious.
Pre Battle Text: Dont try anythign in the dark.
After Victory before you get paid: That was intense
Talking to her after defeating her: Now im all sweaty.

And shoots the gas leak to light the guy on fire. So cheesy.

Even though I enjoy the goofy dialogue, a lot of the MGS series is painfully awkward. Awkward as in embarrassing not just fumbling with the writing. For example...

Paramedic: Snake! Look at your body!
Snake: Yup, looking good.
Paramedic: Not there!
Snake: Then...where?
(he has leeches on him)

My vote has to go for either the "LIIIGHT!" scene, which is why I haven't played a DMC game since; or the FFX laughing scene. I leave the room when I reach that scene in replays now. I'd mention X-2 as a treasure trove of bad dialogue but that goes to far toward acknowledging its existence for me.
