Anders from Dragon Age 2, he was so much fun in the first one, now he's all "Mya mya, im a *****, I absorbed another cool character and now we both suck, mya mya."

I rage about that game every day on these forums. even out of context.

"Fave place to take a girl on your first date"
I FUCKING HATE DRAGON AGE 2 RAGARBL!!!

I'm going to say Sheva in Resident Evil 5. She wasn't really important unless she was dying or you were playing co-op.

The cast of Final Fantasy XIII. Why is Final Fantasy VI the only one that has a Moogle as a permanent party member?! I hate when my choices for party members consist of nothing but humans in any Fantasy game. Final Fantasy XIII was more sci-fi than fantasy but even then, why are there no alien party-members? Star Ocean had a humanoid cast but at least you got an Alien-Elf, a cat-girl, a cyborg and, an Angel as potential party members. FF-XIII has nothing but humans and Vanille.

I may not have been so hard on FFXIII if it was called something different like, Last Sci-fi or something.
I am a massive fan of Sazh, though. Sazh is awesome.
Sazh is probably one of the best characters from any Final Fantasy game, he just oozes cool

Yea, but those 10 guys just killed all of his other guys. Also, he didn't really sacrifice them. They were killed.
You know, if he actually would've launched an attack on the citites, he would've conquered the world, but he didn't, so he was stupid.
So it would have been better to send his minions to cities FULL of people just like the ones that killed all of his most powerful minions?

That worm king guy from Oblivion, looked like a chubby man in a dress, also fought like one too... Major let-down
True. They could have at least boosted his stats a bit, but no, he was a regular Altmer wizard who couldn't take two fireballs to the face.

The Arbiter.
Not the character in and of himself but the way he was displayed in Halo 3, being pushed almost completely to the side as a sidekick when he should have been much more prominent. Granted he got some good moments but those were sparse.
The Arbiter deserves more than that.

Also, Ashley in Mass Effect 2. Again nothing against her character, just in the lousy way she was taken away from the main story, 'cause dammit she was my favorite female character!!
Here's hoping she's good in the third.

Finally, Killer Croc in Arkham Asylum. He looked so cool and so freaky and so monstrous, I was seriously looking forward to facing him and then... it was pathetic. Truly pathetic.
If there's any justice he'll be in Arkham City so that things can be done right.
Yeah pretty much this, though I don't think the battle with croc was pathetic I was more annoyed that it wasn't actually a battle

Alcatraz form Crysis 2. This guy is impossible, and I don't just mean that he has Gordon Freemen Syndrome. He does EVERYTHING for EVERYONE just because he's been asked, without looking at who asked him to. Hell, the very first objective when he waked up in a suit were given to Alcatraz by HIS OWN FREAKIN' SUIT and, guess what, HE NEVER QUESTIONED IT! Well, maybe he was too shocked after the attack in the beggining, but then through whole story we see Alcatraz in a lot of situations? were normal human being would had a lot of quiestions about what the hell is going on.

he sucks so much arse, for somebody who ALLEGEDLY trained with Ryu and Ken since his beginning.
I don't know if you're being serious or not. If you are, then you're talking about THE patented joke character. I don't know what's disappointing about it.

Mass Effect 2 the black dude and the white chick, generic humans they give you in the beginning for the second time. I would be fine if they had interesting stuff to say but whenever I would talk to them it would be about shit I already knew from the first game.

I thought he was this guy who tried to STEAL their techniques and ended up half-assed in all of them, plus he's a jerk who wears PINK.

As for young Dr. Jackenstein, I pick the entire cast of Final Fantasy 8, including the villains, the monsters, and the people in the credits. You all know why, so I don't have to rant about it.

The Crawler from Fable 3. After Fable 2's lack of an antagonist, they pick up with a great one that's not only beyond your grasp, but is most certainly otherworldly. It was an actual interesting enemy to be up against, and I had my suspicions that this would be some new manifestation of Jack of Blades (hell, he's probably still out there in some aspect. With a small explanation, it could have made for a new incarnation.)

But then, no, you kill it in a 1v1 fight with no hassle. Any development beyond 'it's evil' is gone, character dead, no need to mention that again or ponder it's supposedly-massive-but-empty backstory. Freaking huge wasted opportunity.

No problem if it wasn't Jack. It could have been, but it just as easily could have not been. What annoys me is that it's never explained in any form beyond the whole 'it's big and evil, stop it' cliche.
