Most disturbing death in a movie

I saw this really boring and crappy movie Dread. It was supposed to be "the new saw". Essentially nothing happened for one hour until some girl who had a birth defect skin mark all over her body tried to scrub it off her skin with bleach.

It was one of those moments that everybody just went "Awwwww Sick" and had to turn away

It's pretty gross.

As peterwolfe said, Pyramid Head ripping that chick's chest off and throwing it at the door. Had to re-watch that just to figure out what the hell just happened.
The guys in Rambo IV who had to run through the shallow water with mines strewn about... That was pretty brutal.

I've never gotten around to seeing the movie but in the trailer for Cube Zero or something like that this guy pretty much gets his skin ripped off.

In Mirrors when the girl is in the bath and her jaw is ripped off because her reflection did it. Not many horror movies can get me, but that one did, and to this day I don't know why, I watched Saw movies, and laughed (much to the disgust of my friends) and that seen scared the shit out of me.

Oh my gosh, me too. ._. That scene freaking traumatized me. The movie as a whole was ridiculously stupid (I thought so, anyways) but that scene scared the crap out of me.

So, I agree. This scene for sure.

Also, I forget exactly what was going on but the scene in Pan's Labyrinth where the step father (or whoever) beat the guy's face in with the glass bottle. It just shocked me. A lot.

America History X. The part where Edward Norton curb stomps the guy. That's the number 1 death in a movie that can always make me cringe. Just imagining his teeth and stuff being pushred into the concrete. ugh...

That was just..wow. What's worse is that his teeth wouldn't have been pushed into the concrete. His teeth would have been pushed back into his jaw and....Damn.

Final Destination 2 where a woman gets stuck in elevator doors while it goes up, gave me a bit of an elevator phobia after that.

Although the kid cutting trying to cut out his own heart in horsemen was pretty far up there.

Fat guy forced to eat himself to death, lawyer dies after being forced to cut off a pound of his own flesh, druggie literally tied down for a year and fed/given drugs intravenously, turning his mind to mush and destroying his body, materialistic girl has her face mutilated and has a mirror glued to one hand and a bottle of sleeping pills in the other (so she can kill herself because she can't bear living ugly), and my god I don't even want to think a/b the whore...

And yeah craigw1701, I'd agree w/ that the curb-stomp in that movie is nasty...

Se7en was one disturbing-ass movie. Really good though.

In the first Leprechaun movie when the leprechaun crushes somebody's ribcage by jumping on it with a pogo stick.

or the one in the leprechaun in space where he reincarnates himself by emerging out of the space marine's penis, making it explode and killing the dude.

For some reason for me there was a scene in (i think it was) Burn After Reading, where Brad Pitt gets shot in the face. For some reason that always freaks me out... Even more than some of the Saw stuff XD;;;
