God damn, I wish I could still play KH2, my little brother wrecked the disk while we were moving into a new house, but also, I gotta say the champion fights in pokemon games are pretty epic

I personally have to say the Nyx avatar in persona 3, the only JRPG I ever really liked

The final boss of Mother 3 is my vote for most dramatic.

For epic, though, I'm undecided. I don't often have the chance to play console games, and the PC games I can play must be labeled "free". Were I forced to a decision, St. Ivan from Breath of Fire 2.
Particularly, where Ryu breaks free of Ivan's power, then rushes down a hallway, despite being attacked every step of the way to jump up and slice Ivan's face. Music's splendid, too.
Also very refreshing that the ultimate spell wasn't of an offensive nature. More of a blatant defiance to "god".

Angel Kefka from FFVI, Jubileus from Bayonetta, Lou from Guitar Hero III...

And so many more my brain is drawing a blank to save its lazy ass from thinking...

How bout Fable 2's boss fight? I can't remember it very well, so let me play again to see how good it was.

...

Okay, nevermind, not dramatic.
What about the original Fable's?

Okay, I'm going to be that guy and say the final boss fight with Yuyuko Saigyouji from Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom was the most dramatic boss fight I've ever been in.

First off, the music is Border of Life. Which is sheer beauty. You get through her first attack, and suddenly the giant fan pops up behind her... "oh sh-"

And then, finally and after much trial, you've beaten the attack "Sumizome Perfect Blossom", and the music stops. The Mistress of the Netherworld is gone. It's over...

Wait, what? She still has a health bar? What the... what the... *Cheery tree that is the game's real villain possesses her. Music changes. "Resurrection Butterfly"* And you can't even shoot her during the final attack. All you can do is try not to lose your last life.

Just because nobody else has, and probably never will, said this already, I'm going to say Kamek-enhanced Baby Bowser from Yoshi's Island.

Yeah. You heard me.

Jubileus in Bayonetta

You have to fight GOD. THE GOD. Created when the universe was born. Then you kick her ass, turn her back into a statue, and punch her spirit into the sun
