Most helpful tip from a loading screen?

So what was it. Mine would have to be from Dragon Age: Origins that said:

"Be careful of power outages. Press F5 for quick save and F9 for quick load" or something to a similar extent. The true irony was that a power outage had occurred that morning so the warning was a couple of hours late.

In that part of the world, i'm sure people have, much more commonly then where I am, starve themselves to death from over-playing a good game.
NCsoft also has that in most of their games.
