I ALMOST pulled that off on hard mode. But the freakin boat level...Goons with assault rifles everywhere...>_< I broke after 2 hours of trying and proceeded to open fire.Witty Name Here said:Also, I heard of one in mirror's edge where you go through the game not shooting anyone or something... Good luck on those crazy missions where they corner you in a small room and almost FORCE you to use guns.

And then I pulled off that achievement with no trouble on Normal. It was pretty fun.
That's one's not too hard. You have to make sure to do no sidequests until you get Liara. Once you do that, do everything while having her present and you'll have a nice tasty new cheevo. Oh, collection quests (turian medallions, matriarch writings, etc) are inconsequential outside of some extra credits, so don't bother.FenrisDeSolar said:I'm not that gar for the hard achievements. Hardest thing I've ever tried to do was finish Mass Effect 1 with Liara in my party for most of the game. I STILL don't have that achievement. ¬_¬
So, you're not likely to see me with any of the ones you've all listed here.
That thing just gets harder the less people play the game because there are these clans of spawn killers just playing non stop to get this achievement.Ephraim J. Witchwood said:That's easier than pressing start to play the game. >.>subject_87 said:-snip-
On Topic. Killzone 2's Valor Grand Cross. Some might call it a grind as it involves being in the top 1% of players in a given week, but I say it's more a matter of skill.
I got The One Free Bullet. It actually wasn't as bad as it sounds, though I did play that game on Easy difficulty to make it less of a hassle. It turned out fine!subject_87 said:My vote is for HL2: Episode 1's 'The One Free Bullet'. You only get to fire one bullet throughout the entire game, to knock off a padlock (Rockets, crossbow bolts, grenades, energy balls, physics objects, etc. are fine though). Runner up is 'Little Rocket Man', from HL2: Episode 2, where you must carry a garden gnome through the entire game and deposit it in the missile at the end.
So, what are your candidates? (Note: Grind achievements like dealing one million damage points and so on don't count, because they're not really hard, they just take an ungodly amount of time.)
That's one I need to try sometime... after I conquer the world as Ottoman Turkey.Undead Dragon King said:"Three Mountains": Conquer the entire world as Ryukyu: a tiny pagan island nation in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
