Most ridiculous way to die in a video game

The title says it all; in my opinion, a headshot from an airblasted flaming arrow in TF2. What are your suggestions? (it doesn't necessarily have to had happen to you.)

Whoever has played HL2 will have went through Ravenholm. Remember the bit where you enter this very large open area in a street. Near the bottom there is one of those spinning motor blades that when you activate it spins and then comes off. I remembered this so I span it and ran back and turned to face the zombies behind me. I heard the twang of it comming apart and so I turned around so I could pick it up to use as a weapon only to find it impale me in the head 2 seconds later.

I was all like 0_o for a good hour.

A guard on Oblivion once chased me from Leyawin all the way to Skingrad. Get that up on the map. I was on a horse too. Shocked the hell out of me when some Leyawin guard hacked me to death about 200 miles away from his post.

Also, on Saints Row 2, I was hit by a motorbike, bounced onto a passing car, flew into a building, and hit a tree and died. Was the biggest fluke ever.

Killing a headcrab zombie in Halflife 2: Episode 2 by firing a lawn gnome at it with the gravity gun. That, or trying to kill a hunter with the strider brain that Dog rips out when you're on your way to White Forrest (it didn't work though).

That is a guard that clearly takes his job far too seriously, being a guard in Oblivion is like being a mall cop.

Scripted: Gannondorf's death in Zelda Wind Waker. Stabbed in the face, turned to stone and buried under who knows how many tons of seawater.

Improv (Multiplayer): (This did happen once) In TF2, I refelected a crit rocket by pure chance. The only problem was that rocket was fired at point-blank range. I killed him, but died in the process. Same thing would have happened anyway, but I got all the credit reflecting it.

Being knocked off a wall by sand bird-mosters (or bats for that matter) in PoP:Sands of time. It's just such a cheep shot really that's very difficult to avoid.

Red Faction: Guerrilla...Rhino Charged a guy into his own Singularity Bomb. He got sucked in but through a miraculous turn of events he survived the explosion...only to get hit by the flying debris from the bomb in question.
