A charger ran into me at the begining of carnival where all the cars are piled up, the charge knocked me back into the side of one of the vans, then for some reason it sent me about 50 feet into the air

one idiot on the team always dying and when everyone goes to save him he's in the middle of an enemy ambush that no one notices until we're all dead... yes that happened
Two days ago my friends and I were playing Alien Swarm. There were only two of us left, and the swarm were about to break through a door towards the team; they both had Sentry Guns, set them up just outside the door and stood behind them. The plan was to wait until the swarm broke the door, the sentries would wipe them out and then the sentries could be packed up and moved on.
What actually happened is that the door fell on top of the sentries and they exploded, killing the two guys standing next to them. It was both hilarious and tragic.

Technically not a death but slamming doors into people about to open them and taking them out is fuuun tiiimes.
In Indigo Prophecy, taking some pills and then drinking alcohol is always funny because the man character does a voiceover when you die and it was stupididly dramatic.
Having just switched from a persona that blocks mudo to one that doesn't. Then mudo is cast and you die.

I think it was kind of funny; In GTA4 I fell off one of the tallest sky skrapers in the game and a weird glitch happened where I landed on my feet with no fall damage. I was so happy that I walked into the middle of the street and got hit by a bus.
One of those small things that just did it for me. I almost died laughing.

i was playing halo and i shot a fusion coil. when that blew up it sent a traffic cone flying towards me and it hit me in the head
When I was playing Halo it was a Griffball match, since I had the griffball, everyone was after me. I took out everyone in my way. My controller glitched as I put the bomb in their base, exploding me. I did two back flips as my body fell off the ledge.
