I would have to say either Alpha Protocol or Avalon Code. Both brilliant games IMO but so often overlooked. It's a damn shame is what it is.

I'd probably have to go with either Legend of Dragoon, if you're into JRPGs or Evil Dead: Fist full of Boomstick, if you're into more hacky-slashy-shooty zombie Apocalypse games.

TRON 2.0- Great story that tied into the movie well, great & interesting weapons for a FPS and a fantastic GBA version. NO ONE agrees.

Dragon's lair- Never played a game anywhere near it's level of fun and frantic reflex bursting joy, and probably never will. It needs to be re-released as an actually PLAYABLE, Hi-def. non abridged: dvd, Blu-ray or some sort of console port . . .NOW.

American McGee's Alice- Maybe I'm a fanboy, but I really enjoyed everything about it, especially the artwork and the feeling you get as you watch a part of your childhood warp into darkness.

and any Lucasarts adventure game especially the Dig and Curse of Monkey Island.

My lady agrees with American McGee's Alice... if the sequel hadn't just been announced I'd agree with her more.

Animal Crossing, and Super Paper Mario.
Animal Crossing yes!
I admit I played the hell out of that game. Another underrated game would be Gungrave. Great game and they made a great anime based on it.

AaAaAA!!! - A Reckless Disregard for Gravity.

Plummeting through a futuristic Boston while flipping off protesters is very fun. Granted, some of the levels are a bit frustrating, but in a good way; it makes the thrill of seeing the next level all the sweeter for the work it took.
dude i love that game best ten dollars i ever spent on steam

You damn ninja!

OT: Well, he's pretty much summed up what I was going to say, so... anyone wanna go protest outside LucasArts for a sequel?

It would have to be Search Bar, I love that game but no-one seems to know about it.
Oh how intelligent! That doesn't make you sound like a douche at all!

OT: Army of Two: The 40th Day. Its sales and reception were good but not great, but me and my friend have never had more fun playing a game together in our lives. Simply phenomenal.

the Legend of Dragoon.

EDIT: Final Fantasy X is also underrated, but not as much as LoD, which many people totaly forgot existed after the ps2 came out

EDIT: Also Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II. Yeah a lot got cut, but it's still really fun and I've found myself actually replaying it more than KotOR I.
Are you sure that wasn't just an attempt to fill in the plot holes? The problem's not that stuff got cut - KotOR has an entire planet missing, yet there's only 1 tiny reference to it in the whole of the game - just that they left such an incoherent mess at the end of it.

They attempted too much (3 villains is not necessary: Kreia and Sion or Nihilus would have been just fine) and then they got stuck with a stupid deadline (LA's fault admittedly). If I didn't know it was there, I wouldn't miss it; but they let you get halfway through the HK-50 factory quest before it just ends.

The game had the potential to be better, but it fell flat on it's arse.

Also: I want to know who's the idiot that decided to reveal over and over again that Kreia used to be with Sion and Nihilus? Great character idea with a twist that was revealed very early, and then over and over again.

I can't count how many times I've had this debate on this website!
