For me, it'd be in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. I forget what it was exactly, it was like a year ago, but I remember being right at the end of a level. One of my units was caught off guard (well, I was I guess) and I thought he/she was screwed. The soldier got lucky once and killed a guy, got lucky again and killed a guy, but then (after leveling up I believe) one guy got a critical on him and I decided to start the level over.

I LOVE that game, but when that happens I need to take like a week off...

In fall out 3 when you first leave your room in the vault and the security guy gets attacked by rad roaches and if you leave him he dies if were ever killed by radroaches I would eat my fall out 3 disc.

On my fourth game of left 4 dead I got put into an expert difficulty game with a bunch of average gamers. We accidentally teamkilled each though several dozen runs. Some helpful soul eventually joined the game and voted the map back to normal difficulty. The final states were a 4 and a half hour game with several dozen restarts. God that was awful (But I learned to never ever shot anywhere near a teammate).

Also, every time I play Spy in TF2. (There is always a pyro randomly around running with his flamethrower going for no reason and people will randomly be walking around and suddenly decided to walk slightly to the side just so they can bump me while I'm cloaked.)

in morrowind the very first time i ever played it after going out of the commanders office and into seyda neen i saw a guy staring at me (didn't save) got my knife out to stab him missed and got punched to death, many weeks later i found out it was the gay little elf that lost his precious ring XD who is a complete noob

Well this is more a multiple problem, in Call Of Duty 4, you always get to 6 kills and then bang random nade, always denying me my helicopter, its the 6 kill curse i say

I always experience getting an airstrike, dying while its called in, respawning and get 3+ airstrike kills, but no choppaaa because i died

Yeah, that's worse than just dying, when you've got maybe 6 kills, you've got the air strike map up, trying to place the air strike for maximum efficiency, then all of a sudden, some one shoots you in the face. :O!! Air strike comes down, BOOM! 3 kills, maybe more. I hate it.

Yeah, that's worse than just dying, when you've got maybe 6 kills, you've got the air strike map up, trying to place the air strike for maximum efficiency, then all of a sudden, some one shoots you in the face. :O!! Air strike comes down, BOOM! 3 kills, maybe more. I hate it.

I think everyone must get it, maybe they reduce your health for every consecutive kill, because it happens to me too....

The famous "I got killed by a rat in Morrowind". And when I finally managed to beat him another rat came from behind and finished me off. (Hey, I was only level 1 or something.)

Same thing happened to me many times... I always try to be extra careful but end up crippling my character in my own traps...

In GTA IV, I was standing at the edge of a 50 foot wall with a dumpster ramp below me. I had the cops after me, and was shooting at a helicopter when one of the dudes in it managed to clip my shoulder. Niko had a hit reaction and stumbled backwards and fell OFF the wall. I was about 6 feet from the ground when a cop car decided to use the dumpster ramp and smoked me in mid-air, and squished me into a brick wall. Needless to say, I was incredibly fucking dead.
