Most unfortunate death in a video game

I shot Tenpenny with a scoped 44 Magnum in Fallout 3. His head blew into a spray of pink and he did the most beautiful aerobatic display off of the railing and onto the ground below.


That'd be unfortunate, building up a an army of security only to be assassinated by some ***** from a vault.

In Counter Strike when other players will post amusing sprays or porn sprays. They're just so distracting! They're the perfect bait, though.

I was playing Halo 2 with my friend and we were in the level where you sit in the elevator that goes underwater, well I had a muscle spasm... and accidentally threw a grenade, we were in the elevator, so he got pissed.

Tomb Raider Legend, the guy punched me in Excalibur. I didn't swing, but he died on contact.

Playing Halo 3 multiplayer, i was killed by my team mate who was following me because i picked up the sniper rifle

In L4D on The Crane chapter. I lowered the dumpster, jumped on it and was attacked by a Smoker. Bill shot it and it dropped me inbetween the two buildings to my death.

Zoey jumps, misses and falls to her death off the side of the building.

Being killed by the boss in MGS3, your right freaking there, all you have to do is kick her ass!

The Boss's death was also pretty unfortunate, seeing as it could have been completely avoided earlier and that she had to be killed by her student.
