Just Cause. Using a grappling hook thingy to spring yourself up into a jet, tear off the cockpit canopy, and jump in.

MW2 the airport mission (Somebody had to say it.) The fact that you couldn't just stop the whole event from happening because you had to "Keep your cover" is just absurd.
I understand fully. Why was he infiltrating their group? I would've assumed it was to find out what kind of attack they were planning, and you know PREVENT IT! What the hell kind of sense does it make for him to join in on the "fun"? Add in the fact that Makarov was infamous and easily visible on camera and it just gets worse. Then the last straw was Shepard's plan to start WWIII. What the hell else could one expect from a war with Russia. Seriously can no one on their writing staff grasp M.A.D?

All games are unrealistic.

To me, "realistic game" is an oxymoron.

Need a quick example? Name one "realistic" FPS that allows you to turn your head independently from your torso.

Throwing knives in MW2. Possible, but I really doubt you'd ever effectively do it in a combat situation. Same goes for akimbo, especially shotguns.

Any game with regenerating health.

To save myself time:

Any game that isn't a real life simulator. Closest thing I can think of is ARMA.

A pie chart chased by ghosts in a maze full of drugs and interdimensional fruit.

WAKKA WAKKA WAKKA WAKKA WAKKA...

Better: Two lines and a dot. THAT MOVE.

That is not right or realistic on any level.
Naw man, that's entirely realistic. Its how the Bauhaus played tennis. Just look at the restrained and austere use of line! Unmistably influenced by the Deutscher Werkbund. But if you still aren't convinced, try this for proof: See if you rally the dot back and forth 400 times without actually scoring the Nazis come in and shut the school in Dessau down and forcing you to continue play in Berlin, under a climate thats intolerant of the Modernist movement.

In fact, Pong contains the most realistic depiction of Nazis in videogames of all time.

PacMan on the other hand is a world where, with the proper medication, a pie chart can perform an exorcism, when there is no evidence what so ever that any diety exists, except for the fundamentalist Queenian interpretation of the fruit's ephemeral nature -

"Easy come, easy go, will you let me go?
Bismillah! No, we will not let you go
Let him go "

They think Freddy Mercury is singing about the fruit in Pacman.
You should have that published.

I'm surprised how few people mentioned Unreal... Tournament.

The only games I can think of (right off the bat) that are more "unrealistic" than that are Katamari Damacy (just the soundtrack is unrealistic enough to make a movie game good) and Ribbit King: I've tried golfing with live frogs,
it's a mess.

mutated people in most games that have them
the basic concept is that if you get radiated enough you mutate instead of dying
radiation will kill you in high amounts
its not like after a certain point you change and it becomes healthy for you
Specific Example: Fallout 3- Megaton after blowing it up
Moira Brown walks out of the NUKE blast competely unscathed except that now shes a ghoul
she was around 500 ft from the bomb
you would be vaporized
there would be nothing left in a square mile let alone shouting distance
sooooo soooo sooooo un logical

Telepathic guards on Elder Scrolls games. Also Legend of Zelda. If I could go outside and cut up some grass only to have gems come out...

Most games are unrealistic, but the one that springs to mind for me is Godhand. Awesome game though :)
