You could probably break down every perk and find at least 1 use for it. Keep in mind though I could the perk + the pro together.

Last Stand is probably the worst, you're terrible if you need it to stay alive, and you could just use it as a deathstreak anyway.

If you separated the pros from the normals, Then I'd probably say sitrep. Although sitrep pro is possibly the single BEST perk if you're patient enough to unlock it. I personally just use ninja pro.

Sitrep for me because I never see anyone really use it, accept for the few who want to unlock pro. but it's nothing for me since I seem to always see claymores and I usually flash or stun a closed off area or room before entering anyway.

If I had to give a class with the most useless perks, it would be marathon, stopping power, and scrambler.

Marathon is useless because you can keep sprinting after you stop. You guys did know that, right?
Stopping power is useless because you can just shoot them more.
Scrambler is not useless, it's just so annoying and easy to kill people with it. I've killed hundreds of people with it, and gotten killed maybe 5 times by people with it at close range.

Scrambler is liability on normal and useless on Hardcore. I'd even take SitRep over it. One Man Army is pointless unless you have a very specific game plan for something, like sniping for a bit then switching to close range.

Ninja Pro is meh on normal, but amazing on Hardcore for running around. I always play with headphone, and totally rely on hearing the enemy to survive. Ninja Pro is a big advantage.
100% agree.

I love ninja, the number of kills i make from hearing people is insane.

OAT: I use cold-blooded over stopping power alot, apparently that's bad lol. What do you guys think?
I only use Cold Blooded on my classes.

OT: I would say One Man Army. The only people I see using it are using the OMA/Danger Close/Grenade Launcher combo.

One Man Army. UGH.

Whose idea was it to have it replace the secondary? 'tis most angersome.

The Lord has a point, but if i had to choose one i would say Scrambler (not pro) as it only gives away your position.

Wow, didn't think the thread would get this far. Thanks everyone.

And Mr. Cuthberton, you have a point, but were just choosing the perks that don't serve as good ones for most situations.

Sitrep, if you're careful, you won't even have to deal with clamores...

Eavesdrop took the cake on MW 1. Number 2 would have to be scrambler. It actively hurts you to alert your presence.

Hardline. Does anyone use that?

Totally not worth losing Stopping Power or Cold Blooded.
Hardline is actually pretty awesome with one of the high dmg MGs like the RPD or L86. I use low kill streaks too (care package, sentry gun or predator missile, Harrier strike) so it ends up being pretty useful. It makes it a lot easier to get all my kill streaks in one life.

I find lightweight pretty useless. Faster sprinting isn't particularly useful. It's good if you're running away, but I haven't seen many situations where you would really need to run away.

I didn't really see the point of Commando Pro. Surviving high falls is cool and all, but a bit pointless.
It's badass to jump down on Quarry and knife a dude without taking any falling damage.

Never fails to get a rage goin'.

sitrep pro is retarded being able to see grenades and claymores is useful but louder enemy footsteps is pointless
It negates the Ninja Pro perk.

I have got to defend the usefulness of sitrep here
with Pro and louder enemy footsteps it is incredibly handy, especially when a sniper and you hear someone sneaking up on you. And I used to play hardcore a lot [where everyone just camps:( ] but it became amazingly handy due to the lack of a grenade indicator. I must say that it has saved my life (and k/d) numerous times, while also getting me a few kills shooting claymores through walls :p
