SitRep Pro negates the Ninja Pro perk. Their foot steps are no longer silent. THEN times them by 4.

I see a lot of people voting scrambler, and I agree that the vast majority of times people don't use it well. They tend to think "scrambles radar? I should run with it!" Which, of course, only alerts people. I've played against a couple guys camping buildings with scrambler, and it's nuts. Two guys with scrambler in the middle building on Derail, no way to pinpoint locations, they move regularly, and radar doesn't exist in the building. Makes it VERY rough to dig them out. Then they used tac insertions to just keep going once I tubed them out. Nasty nasty match. I feel Scrambler is best used like this, in an area-camp strategy where you use the lack of radar to KEEP people from sneaking up on you rather than trying to sneak up on them.

I didn't really see the point of Commando Pro. Surviving high falls is cool and all, but a bit pointless.
I love how you can hear the bones in your legs shatter, but still take off running anyways.

OT: probably sitrep, IMO. Not enough TI's or claymores around for it to be useful.

For everyone saying Scrambler is the most useless, I have a class that works very well with it.

Spas-12 with Grip (Don't even use Primary, just the Shotty)
Marathon Pro
Lightweight Pro
Scrambler Pro

Great for rushing. If you are constantly moving, the enemy can't pinpoint you, giving you a huge advantage. Basically silences your shotgun, confuses the enemy and the Pro version has the added bonus of delaying any pesky claymores you might run into.

VERY good perk if used correctly.

Useless things about perks for me:

Scrambler: Just tells people that you're in the area.
Marathon Pro: You spend a very small amount of time climbing things, making you do it faster isn't worth it really.
Hardline: 1 less kill just isn't worth it in my opinion.
Scavenger Pro: You're already getting ammo from dead enemies anyway, why also increase the amount of ammo you carry in the first place.
Someones probably already corrected this but I can't be bothered to read all the pages.
Anyway, I fixed it.

Most useless perk is PS3 Calendar Meltdown; it's the one where you can't play MW2 because PSN is down because Sony doesn't know how to make clocks.

This. One Man Army is useless.
I beg your pardon sir!

One Man Army + Smoke grenades + Noob tubes + Claymores = Happy times.
'Where did you put your claymores?'
'Not really sure, I think they're just in the middle of the room.'

'Did an enemy just walk through here?'
'Don't know, I can't see shit through this smoke.'

'How did you get that claymore to float in the air like that?'
'I don't fucking know, just throw more smoke and it'll all be fine.'

'One Man Army' and 'Scrambler' are the most useless pieces of shit IMO. You run out of ammo for your primary and no other class will do for this map; you also happen to be 5 kills from your first nuke. What now? Do you switch to a more useless class, making yourself exposed and vulnerable for eight precious seconds? Or do you just go around knifing; where you are as vulnerable as if you were going to switch classes?

Ninja...I don't run across many Heartbeat Sensors online. I watch my Killcams, too. The Pro version with Silent Footsteps is a tad more useful, though.
Ninja Pro is actually one of the very best perks.

I agree with the Op though, that Scrambler is not useles, but actually more useful to your oponent than to yourself.
It's like shouting "Here I come, get ready!" Then I just ping 'em with the heartbeat sensor.

Scrambler. Really, I've rarely been killed by anyone using that perk seeing as it's basically shouting "DURH! I'M NEXT TO YOU!" in a megaphone.

scrambler is useful in headquarters cuz they already know your there and you can just mow down people who come

Sitrep is useful for getting those heavily encamped people and its also useful if you use blast shield with it

Steady-aim, because no noob is ever going to get close enough to me to use it, and if he does a shotgun will do just fine against whatever he's using.

One Many Army Pro is totally amazing. INFINITE GRENADE LAUNCHER SHOTS. Need I say more?
I'd say Scrambler is total crap. Not even helpful when it's pro.

Personally I think the perks in order from most useless to most usefull would be something like this- (third) scrambler last stand steady aim commando sitrep ninja (second) hardline danger close lightweight stopping power and cold blooded are about the same (first) scavenger bling one man army marathon sleight of hand

Now I'm gonna give reasons for ordering them that way starting with the most argued

First of all I think that all perks a situational and my thoughts of the most usefull perks are based on how I play

sitrep: everybody trashes stitrep and says it's on of the most useless perks but I that people just don't use it right, spessifically the pro is very usefull IF you pay attention to sounds as well as sights.

Hardline: personally I play core so I never use hardline over stopping power considdering I would rather be actually able to get three kills for a Uav instead of requiring on less kill that I could get with stopping power while I may get one with hardline

bling: I say bling I realativly useless because most people just use one of the attachments to replace the sights which is pointless because you ahold be able to use the iron sights on your favorite guns though I can understand replacing m16 sights also people use it to put silencer and fmj because they don't understand that the little bars in the create a class menu lie and fmj only helps damage when using bullet penatration

lightweight: lightweight is a very strictly situational perk and only helps for rushing and close quarters combat if you have pro
