My god, there's new Mastodon and Dream Theater albums coming out?!

I am eagerly counting the days until the new Devin Townsend Project albums come out (May is so far away, grah!), and I'm pretty sure Sirenia and Nightwish have albums set for release this year (and Sirenia actually kept Ailyn!), so that should be awesome. There's probably a bunch more stuff I'm looking forward to, but that's what springs to mind off the top of my head anyway - 2010 is going to be a hard year to top in terms of quality metal album releases, there were just so many awesome albums put out by bands I adore, heh. Here's hoping that all the bands I like that didn't release an album this past year will pick up the slack.

Well releases from Opeth, Pain of Salvation, Wintersun(!), Cynic...etc etc releasing albums some time this year I'm excited.
