MW2 somewhat a possible rip off??

Ok so I've subscribed to this guy and apparently he so far, that I know, has a good, (possibly) legal video of MW2 footage of multiplayer. Now as I'm hyperventilating just from pure excitement seeing how MW2 comes out in a few hours I notice something. This map is a complete rip off! It exactly like Belot (or something of that spelling) of the Call of Duty 2 Mulitplayer. It's the same map with same positions just tweaked a little. I'm actually stunned by IW. I don't understand why they would do this. Then again they did take off dedicated servers on PC. Also they probably felt lazy. I'm starting to get worried that some of these maps are just "flash backs" to previous maps. To those of you that aren't getting it good on yeah. But for those of you that are getting it what are your comments?

It happens, if a map is popular then I cant see why the wouldnt tweek it and put it in the new game. seems like a reasonable idea to me!!

Oh and this guys videos are horrible... did he just snort into the mic :|

EDIT: I just realized: when did my boycott go from "They're taking out a feature that's the core of my enjoyment, I won't have as much fun as I could, I won't get it" to "damn, that game looks awesome, but I said I'd boycott, so I will." ?

Yeah. After realizing that I was boycotting for little reason (according to my friends, the lack of party chat isn't even that bad, although I still feel bad for my PC gaming brethren), I caved in. Getting the game tonight.

Infinity Ward had a poll to see which popular maps they would bring back in MW2. Evidently the map your talking about was popular enough to come back.

Why fix whats not broken?

Too bad they did fix some stuff that wasn't broken.

Back to topic: I don't really think that there's a problem. If someone made a FPS with all the best parts of every FPS, it would probably be a great game (provided that it's balanced). If something's awesome, feel free to bring it back.

I didn't support the boycott I just decided not to get it cause I have recently decided that I hate Activision...

And then the little chip that Activision implanted in me said, "You reserved it and already made the decision to buy it months ago, just go and pick it up."

So I did... and so far the single player is very rewarding. I don't go online until I beat the campaign. A little rule I follow otherwise the campaign might never get played. Good to know the little chip has been planted in more than one person!

Seriously, he SNORTED into the mic 4 times and the yawning and shivering :|....

... I don't care if he has 100000 of subscribers, he doesn't say anything of much interest, most of the time he is blabbering about nothing and doesn't even know what the hell he is going on about (oh this is ahh, umm...uhh oh yeah this, wait no oh yeah it is). He spends more time talking about what is going on in his room then about the game. Oh god teach the kid TH ISNT A F, his use of language is pitiful

I would rather No commentary then a HORRIBLE one. He needs to learn to EDIT (I don't want to hear some guy snort into the mic, shivering and yawning), he needs to make some sort of script (or notes would be good) so he at least KNOWS what he is talking about and really needs to have something INTERESTING to say (we get it you LIKE care packages)...

Yeah I guess it is an honest video, but it shouldn't be an assault on the ears. I won't be subscribing and I feel sorry for any one who does.

the point was, I think it is fine using old maps just as long as there are piles of new maps to play!!

Well Bungie remade Lockout. Why? Because the map was possibly the most popular one in Halo 2.

There just bringing back somthing that everybody likes. it's not a rip off, it's a homage.
