Rachel, I had a crush on her in high school, but never acted on it. Then two years later I finally decided I was going to act on it and instead ending up setting her up with one of my friends. They've been dating for over a year and I still don't know how I feel about the whole thing. At once happy that they are working out and that I helped bring that about, but also sad that I will probably never know if it could have worked.

I tend to end up crushing on my friends and colleagues. Rather irritating.

Joslyn, who has a boyfriend.
Tommy, who is entirely heterosexual.

Oh well.

There is a girl at home that I grew up with. Childhood friends for many years, and over time I started to harbor a crush but I don't think it'll work out. When they say they never plan to get married, it kind of kills the idea of a relationship doesn't it?

Other than that, I thought I had a new one for a while here at college, but the longer it goes on the longer I'm not sure about it. Still holding some hope though, I suppose. I don't know.

As I have a RL friend who occasionally looks at these forums, I respectfully decline.

Do not have one. I've been suprisingly lacking them.

I only had one big one and that was about a year ago.
And that would be Laura.

Is that supposed to be spelt 'Siobhan' perchance?

Uh, 'bad luck'?

OT: Haven't had one in a while. Last one was a colleague of name Wiebke. A lot of what I look for in a woman (strong/witty/intelligent (and German ;p)). I kinda messed it up, so it's just as well I no longer work with her. Anyway, a month later and enter ex-gf and a whole different can of issues...

Lisa. At one point we were having a conversation I hoped would lead somewhere, and then a drunk friend of mine walked over and ruined it by speaking nonsense (every now and then in French) and complaining that we weren't drinking. Barely seen her since then :(

We've all got that crush that we cannot bear to say.
However- this being an anonymous forum on the internet, I think we're safe to say who they are, and get it off of our chests.
Last names are not a requirement.

Anyways, mine is named Sarah.
Mine is named Sarah as well, and I have an eery feeling she may be onto me.

I haven't had a crush for about three years. The last time I broke up with a girl.

Throughout school I had a crush on a girl called Ruth. I never acted on it out of fear of rejection. She was the singer in a band and at one of the schools rock nights she dedicated a song to me (Don't stop me now by Queen, my favourite song, which she sang beautifully). Even after that I still couldn't bring myself to tell her how I felt. I haven't seen her since leaving school 6 years ago but to this day still regret never saying anything.

I think my brain likes to remind my of her every so often as some sort of punishment for being such a coward. Nevermind, at least theres always games to keep my mind occupied.

Faith. A friend of mine from my first year at uni, she lived in the same student residence as me, in a flat four floors below mine. Red hair, quirky as they come, and generally a slightly crazy and awesome person to be around. We're still friends now, though we barely ever see each other, but every time I do see her I just can't help thinking "what if...?". Sadly, the only times I've ever had a chance to ask her out have been when she was seeing someone else, whenever she's been single since I've known her I've not had that opportunity :(

Leah...

I just get this feeling around her I have never gotten before. With all of the girls I have liked in the past, I have liked them for their looks, but she isn't hot, but for some reason, I am more attracted to her than any other girl in this universe. Seeing her just makes my day.

I can barley talk to her, because I am nervous, and to top it off she is shy arround people she doesn't know that well.

God hates me.
