My surname (foley):
reduced Anglicized form of Gaelic Ó Foghladha ?descendant of Foghlaidh?, a byname meaning ?pirate?, ?marauder?.

Fucking sweet.

My name is the same as the greatest roman emperor, and a member of the second triumvirate, and the guy who is married to j-lo.

It means war-like, but idt my last name means anything.

EDIT: it means to puff out or to conquer. THAT is sweet. Apparently my name is triple-embedded with awesome.

William - Coming from the germanic name Wilvelm whichs means Must Seek(Wil part.) Helm meaning protection. So my name would be one who seeks protection, Or one who protects. The old english meaning would be. Determined Guardian.(Which actually suits me in real life.)

Waid - My middle name is old english and its meaning is. Advancer, from the river crossing

Someone beat me to my first name damn it.

First name by Wikipedia said:
*BLANK* is a popular name in the Hebrew language, in which it literally means "palm tree" and represents being upright and just. It is normally given as a male name, although in the modern era there is a rising trend to name new born female babies with male names, and as such, the name is occasionally given to girls
That my first name, though it can also mean "Tall, long, handsome" :3

I don't know what my last name means, but it possible that it originated in Germany.
If you go here, http://www.houseofnames.com/

You should be able to find some stuff about your name.

Ryan: Irish:Little King, Welsh: Laughing King, Some part of England: Little Laughing King, Another part of England: Mad Laughing King.
So I'm royal and quite likely insane.

Andrew: Manly!!!!

David: Beloved

Last name: Scottish, but apparently the odd spelling indicates Nordic origins, or its a German word borrowed by the Saxons who moved north into Scotland. Means either Spear, Spear-like. More errata involved as many different branches decided to distinguish themselves.

If you don't have the prefix, 'Mc'blahblahblah. Then yes your last name would be germanic most likely.

"Harvester" for my first name.
"Grace, favour" for my middle name.
"Of the house of Brian" for my last. It's all quite Catholic in my opinion. Hence the hilarious irony.
