My sister and I (she's 13 and I'm 15) named our car Wilson. Some time after naming the car, I'm suddenly reminded of this Tom Hanks movie.

Whenever we went to Japan and rented a car, we named the GPS.

My gaming computer is named Beastie. Beastie ie sick at the moment.

My mountain bike is called Dave.

Other than that, things are just things, but nobody gets to ride Dave but me.

Well, I used to name my teddy bears when I was little. But I don't really name objects anymore.

My close female friend(who I am in love with) did that a lot so I developed the habit of doing it also. It is fun.

My fedora is called "The Right Honourable Wilford Chesterton-Bassett" and wants me to burn every third house in Greenland.

Damnit, I have no idea what to call my computer.
I guess Minesweeper will do.

I don't do it, but I don't think it's crazy. (Not crazy like my sister who thinks anything inanimate has feelings, too...)

I thought this was going to be about the companion cube.

But no, I do not give names to inanimate objects. They don't care if I give them a name or not....well, assuming they could care to begin with.

I've named all my games consoles :D
And my phone... because I love them so much. And what's funny is that whenever I ask "Where's Vincent?" (Phone) my family know exactly what i'm talking about and set to work trying to find him :D

I sure do, my friends even came up with life stories for my xboxes.
My first Xbox, Sigmund was a very sickly old Xbox that tragically died from the red ring of death. He later passed on his inheritance (the 20GB hard drive) to his daughter Beatrice (the new Arcade console) who later married the new neighbor who moved into the living room, Duncan (the Elite console). They are now happily married and host LAN parties on the weekends.
