Somebody just called me, and asked if I could take a cat off their hands! Since I'm a big softy, I said yes... He just showed up now, and I have no idea what to call him...
He's a solid black cat with green eyes.
I'm open to all opinions!

Update!!! Here are a couple photos of the cat I took with my DSi (If you know how to post the images to the thread feel free to do so!)

Mines called Elvis, he does something with his lip (cause ha has 2 broken corner teeth )that reminds me of Elvis.

Call him Mouse-Slayer or rodent-slayer or something. That would be awesome.

You don't need to name the cat right away. Here's what I've always done: observe the cat's behavior over the course of a few days, and think of a name that complements the cat's mannerisms and personality.

That actually sounds like the ideal idea to me.

Barring that, name him Leeron. Just because.

Call him Ulysses Sugartits Grant. That was his real middle name, you know.

Or, if you have a friend who wants a pug, call them Milo and Otis. :D

Well my cat's name is 'Xavier' (not after the guy from Xmen however) named from a sophisticated French name. Unfortunatley he is anything BUT sophisitcated... still you could give your cat a foreign name like that.
