Sorry for your loss. I know first-hand how much it sucks. :(
I advise you to surround yourself with good friends for the time being, it really takes the edge off. When you're by yourself do something that doesn't involve silence... for example, when I'm really down I play my guitar for a while - never fails to ease the burden.

Just hang in there. Right now is the time to mourn your loss, but don't let the grief consume you. This might sound strange, but you should go out and have fun tonight - that way you do something life-affirming and you can live a little for your aunt, too.

These things happen for a reason, although it can be very hard to realise the reason at the time. Just stay strong, and keep the faith in yourself, because your family will need you, and can show them by example. You felt rough and reached out to the interweb, and the interweb provided - you are not alone, you are never alone. My good wishes go out to you and you kin in this time of hardship.

That one just made me cry. It takes a lot to make me cry anymore.

I'm terrible at cheering people up, I'm more of a 'shout at them until they stop being pansies and do something!.
I know someone who is though!

I hope that was a good thing. It's all too easy to see the bad things in life, and forget the good things which truly matter. My nan died of cancer, and I was the one who was watching over her when she finally passed on. Although I miss her dearly, I can'y help but remember the good times we shared, and be thankful that the time of suffering from cancer was over. Most of all though, I am thankful for everything that she did that helped me to become the amazingly AWESOME person I am today.

My life isn't without problems - nobody's is, but they can be overcome, and sometimes we just need reminding of that fact and the important things in life that really matter, as we lose focus amidst the emotions and grief. I only hope that when my turn comes for needing some kind words, someone will be there for me to remind me of this very same advice - they'll probably link to it for added irony! :p

This one was a good cry. To know that I have even a fraction of that strength and hope makes me proud.

That's good, and once you know that you've got that strength and hope, you can help others realise that they've got that strength too. Even seemingly meaningless actions and messages like these can still have deep and meaningful impact on our daily lives. That vid inspires me, and in turn, I inspire others, including you - and who knows who you are going to go out and inspire with your strength and hope now? Friends, family, strangers, even thingymuwatsit?
