New Device Allows Dogs to Use Twitter

I'll be sure to buy one for every dog in my neighborhood. I take that back, that would be too expensive. I'll just be sure to talk everyone in the neighborhood into buying one instead. These devices will collectively raise the IQ level of twitter. Yes, I just said that twitter as a whole is dumber than dogs, I dare anyone to prove me wrong.

The sad thing is that people will willingly buy this and use it regularly. They will see absolutely nothing wrong with it, and that makes me sad.
If they had the microchip thing then your dogs twitter would say, pooping, peeing, and leg humping. Also, why the heck would a dog need to use twitter?
