New Futurama!

What are your opinions on the new futurama episodes that appeared, well, just now? I personally thought that the second episode began to recapture the esssence of the regular show. The first episode was simply something to keep cannon, it was rather meh, in my opinion. How about yours?

I think the first one was trying too hard to be funny at times, and the fact that Leela and Fry were actually together now confused me (though it's probably something that was explained in one of the feature films or something). Other than that, I think it's a decent start to a great show. I only hope it gets better from here.

It is futurama. Not the greatest episodes but a great kick off for the re-start.

Overall it was an acceptable premiere. Some parts were a bit forced and had weird timing... stuff like that. But I'm good with it. Futurama is back and mostly the same.

At least the voice actors are the original cast, amirite?

I just watched the first episode. Yes, I laughed. Yes, I enjoyed it. Damn it, Futurama's back baby!

First one was fantastic, especially with the Bender subplot. Second one was a bit iffy. It wasn't bad, but the Death Sphere seemed a bit too obvious a parody of censors. The ending explanation and such was perfect though.
