Pokemon is getting ridiculous now, Super Mario 64 DS had less than pleasurable controls, KH 358/2 days isn't all that, and again Recoded won't be all that since it's story sucks. Your fixing bugs in the world with puzzle sequence gameplay. Sorry but the DS doesn't have a library of games outside of spinoffs and remakes that really set it above the PSP. pokemon is all that and more, super mario 64 ds has greats controls and looks much better than peace walker, Kingdom hearts 358/2 days is the best ds game I have ever played, and the ds has such a lovely library of rpg's that any the rpg psp can toss out would be considered dribble(aside from crisis core). About 3 to 5 years if they go full 3D and HD. If it's a real remake, the combat system is already tested, the story finalise, the concept arts done. All they need is to "modellate" the character, setting and enemies. In fact, they could cut time, money and space it they do it in Cell Shading. The thing that would get the most time is the world because in 3D, you'll have to render every Tree in Everyplace of the map, the water and make a tiny character to explore it. You can't make a full 3D environment with all of... what was it call again... Terra? She said peoples fought for the light and even if they confirm that it take place when Kairi and the other were still little children, it won't change the series. Super Mario 64 DS looks better than Peace Walker? I admit I laughed out loud. That has to be the dumbest statement you said thus far. Super Mario 64 DS is for one 6 years old now so there's no way that's possible. Two SM 64 DS' graphics were upgraded N64 and you still had square blobs for hands on all the characters, whereas Peace Walker makes a lot of late PS2 games look bad. The DS rpg library pretty much carries that handheld. And you must not know anything about the PSP library if your calling Crisis Core an RPG. Last time I check the best DS RPGs were remakes. Look at Lunar: Dragon Song for example. That's being called the worst Lunar game in the series. And you comparing GTA to Mario Kart is idiotic. It would have been intelligent of you to compare Mario Kart DS to Mod Nation Racers PSP. GTA and Mario Kart are two completely different genres. Last time I checked GTA Chinatown Wars came out on the DS first. And bombed. You've really got to realize that while yes there are good games on the DS, almost all of the best ones are remakes. Just because it's Kingdom Hearts, doesn't mean that this cell phone game, which came out in 8 episodes, is good. I know that's hard for you to swallow but it's true.
How about this then, since this is a cell phone game being remade here, name 3 cell phone games that were worth purchasing.
All of those with the exception of N.O.V.A. are ports from other consoles. And N.O.V.A. is just your typical sci-fi FPS. If you can't even name an original cell phone game that's worth a port to a handheld, then I see trouble for Kingdom Hearts :Recoded. Still, Nerd rage is a always for something... but they always blow that out of proportions. I still recall people boycotting Sonic 4 because his ears and brow aren't right, the legs don't go as fast and he isn't the right shade of blue. I can say we are not as stupid as not letting go, for example, over one of the character new hairstyle (Some wouldn't) but one wrong mistake like... i don't know. Not putting a revive Aeris sidequest or Removing Yuffie or Vincent or Removing 50% of Sephiroth belt around his body or Removing the Moogle robot under Caith Sith... that sort of stuff can put some people into an overblown Nerd rage. Remember, The community of FF7 fan are also cut down the middle with 50/50 of the love separated between Cloud and Sephiroth. There are exceptions, but you failed to mention that before that new release of Pokemon, the other one on the DS was also a port from the GBA.
