Of all things - why a weather personality? I fail to see how that's "sexy" in any way shape or form. Weather report readers are just people who stand in front of a green screen and poorly gesture towards computer animations. In fact, with modern technology, the weather presenter is superfluous. The screen has all the information you need.

I admit to being a bit surprised by all the "Oh my god, so weird"-reaction to this "story".
There is a game which simulated dating a girl (though I would guess it ´simulates´ it in the same way COD ´simulates´ being shot at) and said game includes dream sequences which feature the aforementioned girls.

Am I missing something here ?
Is there some incredibly confusing and gobsmackingly weird aspect to this news story that just eludes me ?

Well, I think it's just that the whole "dating sim" genre seems like the creepy aspects of every Bioware game without the good stuff.

It could just be that the game bills itself as a "relationship simulator" and not as a "this character's life" simulator. For instance, Persona 3/4 don't creep my out at all.

Although I can't stand dating simulators (they simulate it so well, too!), but some do, so whatever.

However, a weather channel losing viewers... really doesn't make sense. I mean, do they need to do stuff to get people to watch the WEATHER CHANNEL? People watch it to know what the weather is, don't they? >_<
