Due to how soon this game is going to be released I'm almost positive it's meant to generate hype for the PoP movie. And while it might not follow the movies story this seems to reek of movie-tie-in horror.

That being said it's impossible to judge the full game of a CG trailer but nothing I saw in there was new or interesting, even the graphics of the CG weren't "awe" inspiring. Guess I'll just wait and see.

Your idiotic question has absolutely nothing to do with what I was talking about. Which in case you haven't figured it out yet has to do with the graphical representation during gameplay.
Well, since you're not the kind of person to stop and infer, and since you're apparently oblivious to the fact that the 2008 PoP was unsuccessful enough that Ubisoft doesn't want to remind anyone of it, let me ask you this: Do you see any blue technicolor scarves flittering about?

The 2008 game had a very specific art style (based on mixing Japanese influences with early 20th century Near East romanticism) that was a far cry from the Sands of Time trilogy. The trailer shows nothing that differentiates itself from the SoT trilogy save for the fact that the Prince looks more Gyllenhall-esque.

Considering this information and applying a bit of critical thinking would imply that, no, this game will not use the "ugly ass art style they had in the last game." I assumed that you could look at the information given and come to a conclusion that wasn't spoon-fed to you by a PR representative.

Of course, there is one, but only one, reason why I would share your skepticism. And here it is. [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/NeverTrustATrailer]

I'm more worried about the fact that it's an obvious movie-tie in. And on the issue of art, I thought the art direction in Warrior Within took a fresh new take on a classic old franchise (which Sands of Time was) and instantly made it generically angsty, and this game by definition is going to lead into that.
