Wow... that's freaking gorgeous. Switching now, thanks for the alert.Snotnarok said:There's a new steam user interface if you opt to try the beta. It's kinda neat, I was hoping they'd eventually update the look.
I'm not sure how I feel about it yet, but it's cool looking so far.
Anyone else try it? Your feelings?

It's in settings, and on that very page, you opt for the new UI beta.
They rolled out the Steam UI update to compete with Blizzard's new Battle.net that's launching with StarCraft 2. From what I've been hearing, the new Battle.net is gonna be "fucking awesome", so my bet is Valve is trying to take some of the marketshare from that before Battle.net consumes it all.ethaninja said:I just don't understand why they did it.
That didn't happen to me.Not a Spy said:Unfortunately the new UI is bugged, at least for MW2 owners. It forces a re-download of the MW2 multiplayer. It automatically deletes the MW2 multiplayer if you install the new UI so don't do it unless you dont mind downloading MW2 all over again. I did and now Im rather angry.
