...and if refusing simply prevents you from using Live, well, I have that paid up Feb 2013 so I would want a refund on that.
For some reason, I get the feeling the last TOS included you agreeing to forfeit any unused XBLGold membership if the TOS change to something you disagree with. Better get a lawyer... oh wait, a lawyer would cost you more than what you would lose in subscription fees. Maybe you could join a class action... oh, never mind.

;-)

I only have a free membership. I hate the draconian restrictions on their DLC, so I avoid it at (nearly,) all costs. (I caved & bought a 1600MS Point card at a store once to buy a game that was only available on XBLA.) If I really, really like a game & want the DLC, I'm patient enough to wait for a Game of the Year edition that has the DLC on a physical disc. Then, I'll sell my 1st copy, or give it as a gift. Call me old school, but I like having full rights to the games I buy. I like being able to sell it, or lend it to a friend, or take it to a friend's house w/o having to be online to get permission to play what I own at a friend's house, etc.
